■チームのミッション/責任 Mobility Tech Company であるソニー・ホンダモビリティにおいて、D2Cによる車両販売、ソフトウェアアップデートによる継続的な付加価値向上を実現するための、これまでにない新しいサプライチェーン、カスタマーサービスシステムの企画・開発・導入。 ■職務内容 ソニー・ホンダモビリティでは商品である車を作って/運んで/保有中のお客様にサービスを提供していきます。このために必要なサプライチェーンとカスタマーサービスのシステム企画・開発・導入から運営までを担って頂きます。従来の既存OEMと違い、今回は新たにD2Cによる車両販売を行うため、新しいオペレーションとそのためのシステム構築という非常にチャレンジングなミッションとなります。 これは物理的な車と人の業務に関わるため、ユーザーであるビジネスメンバーと一緒に事業検討から並走し、システム企画、要件定義を行って頂きます。システム実装は社内エンジニア、または活用するCRMサービスのインテグレーターと連携し、ビジネス要求通りのものが開発できるよう、設計書のレビューや要求の変化点管理などを行い、ビジネスと開発のブリッジ役を担います。 システム導入フェーズでは海外を中心とした工場やサービス現場へ赴き、現場メンバーと一緒にシステム導入～運営までのリーディングを行っていきます。 具体的な領域は以下となります。 ・サプライチェーン領域： グローバルな車両供給システム（生販計画、製造連携、完成車物流、在庫管理など） ・カスタマーサービス領域： カスタマーセンター管理システム（コンタクトセンター、ロードサービスなど） アフターサービス管理システム（修理メンテナンス、補修部品管理、車両SW更新OTAなど） マーケティングシステム（見込顧客育成・獲得、既存顧客の維持・活性化など） また、これらの業務活動で得られるデータを元に、モビリティテックカンパニーとして新しい事業の検討をビジネス部門と行い、それを実現するシステム企画などを将来的に行ってまいります。 ■開発ツール等 ・Office365ツール各種 ・DrawIO,Figma ・Slack, Teams ・GitHub,Confluenceなど ■この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル ・生産販売、物流からアフターサービスまで含め、最新の自動車事業ドメイン、ビジネスノウハウ、そのために必要なシステムの知見と知識を一気通貫で得ることができます。 ・海外の事業パートナーとの連携が多く、グローバルの業務経験を積むことができます。 ■Job description ・Plan, develop, and implement a new supply chain and customer service system to enable D2C vehicle sales and continuous value-up through software updates. ・Provide services to customers who are using/owning the car, which is a product of Sony Honda Mobility. ・Take charge of everything from planning, development, and implementation to operation of the necessary supply chain and customer service systems. ・Work closely with business members to understand their needs and define system requirements. ・Collaborate with internal engineers or CRM service integrators to ensure that the system meets business requirements. ・Lead the system implementation and operation in factories and service locations around the world. ■Specific Areas of Responsibility: ・Supply Chain:Global vehicle supply system (production and sales planning, manufacturing, finished vehicle logistics, inventory management, etc.) ・Customer Service:Customer center management system (contact center, roadside service, etc.) ・After-sales service management system (repair and maintenance, spare parts management, vehicle SW update OTA, etc.) ・Marketing system (prospect nurturing and acquisition, existing customer maintenance and revitalization, etc.) ■Additional Responsibilities: Utilize the data obtained from these business activities to study new businesses as a mobility tech company, and plan and develop systems to realize them in the future. ■Development Tools: ・Various Office365 tools ・DrawIO, Figma ・Slack, Teams ・GitHub, Confluence, etc. ■Experience and skills gained through this role ・You will gain all-in-one knowledge and expertise of the latest automotive business domain, business know-how, and the necessary systems for production, sales, logistics, and after-sales service. ・You will gain global business experience through extensive collaboration with overseas business partners. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・3年以上のシステム開発プロジェクトマネジメント経験（企画、開発、運営までプロジェクトをやり切ったご経験）・システム観点のビジネス要求を引き出すための業務構築支援ができる業務設計スキル ・ビジネス要求をシステム要件/システム機能に具体化する要件定義スキル ・海外パートナーとの仕様調整を含む交渉スキル ・ビジネスを実現するシステムソリューションやインテグレーターの選定スキル 上記に加えて、システム開発するための要件整理のアプローチ方法を自ら構築したり、未知の分野に対して仮説設定をしながら業務を進めていける高い積極性があると良い。 ■Required skills / experience ・3+ years of experience in system development project management (experience in completing a project from planning to development and operation) ・Business design skills to support business process based on a system perspective ・Requirements definition skills to translate business requirements into system requirements/functions ・Negotiation skills including specification coordination with overseas partners ・System solution and integrator selection skills to realize business ・In addition to the above, it would be desirable to have a high level of initiative to be able to independently construct an approach to specify system requirements and to promote the work while setting hypotheses for unknown areas. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・システム詳細設計、実装を含む開発/運用経験・自動車業界、または製造業のサプライチェーンやカスタマーサービスにおける事業、業務知識、またはそれにかかわるシステム開発/運用経験 ・海外（英語圏）で業務経験 ・Salesforce認定アドミニストレーター資格、 又はSales Cloud/Service Cloud導入経験（2年以上） ・Salesforce導入プロジェクトのチームリーダー以上のリーダー経験 ・Salesforce上級認定アドミニストレーター資格 ・Salesforce 認定Service Cloudコンサルタント資格 ・Mulesoftを用いた開発経験（２年以上） ■Preferred skills / experience ・Development/operation experience including system detailed design and implementation Business, process knowledge, or system development/operation experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry supply chain and customer service ・Business experience overseas (English-speaking countries) - Salesforce Certified Administrator or 2+ years of experience implementing Sales Cloud/Service Cloud - Experience as a team lead in Salesforce implementation projects - Salesforce Advanced Administrator - Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant - 2+ years of development experience using Mulesoft ■ 語学力 実務で英語圏のビジネスパートナーと調整、交渉ができるレベル、または経験があると望ましい。 ＜必須＞TOEIC600点以上 ＜尚可＞TOEIC750点以上 ■Language Skills The ability to coordinate and negotiate with business partners in English-speaking countries is desirable.
