■チームのミッション/責任 Mobility Tech Company であるソニー・ホンダモビリティにおいて、クラウドサービスおよび顧客とのタッチポイントであるWebアプリ・モバイルアプリを、内製にてスピード感を持って開発・運営し、新たな顧客価値を次々に創出・継続的に提供するとともに、そのために必要なソフトウェア技術の磨きこみ・アジャイル文化の醸成を推進していくこと。 ■職務内容 ソニー・ホンダモビリティで推進するサービス事業における、Webアプリケーション、またはモバイルアプリケーションのUIデザイン/仕様設計。PdM、開発エンジニア、ビジュアルデザイナーと協力しながらUI構造(IxD, IA)、UI骨格(ワイヤーフレーム)を作成し、アプリケーションの実装仕様を作り上げていただきます。 ■プロジェクト体制： ・人数規模：5〜10人/プロジェクト ・スプリント期間：2週間 ■開発ツール等 ・Slack、GitHub、Figma、Confluenceなど ■語学力 基本的な読み書き能力があることが好ましい ■この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル 内製のエンジニアリングチームとのワンチーム開発であるため、企画・技術、全てを繋ぎながら主体的にデザイン業務を推進することが出来ます。裁量も大きいです。 ■Team’s Mission / Responsibilities At Sony Honda Mobility as a Mobility Tech Company, rapidly develop and manage cloud service and web/mobile apps which can be touchpoints with customers, to create and continuously provide new value for customers, while continuously updating our own software technology, then foster an agile development culture to achieve our goals. ■Job description You will be responsible for the UI design and specification of web and mobile applications. You will work closely with PdM, development engineers, and visual designers to create UI structure (IxD, IA), UI wireframe, and application implementation specifications. ■Project structure: ・ Headcount: 5-10 members / project ・ Sprint duration: 2 week Development tools, etc. Slack、GitHub、Figma、Confluence ■Experience and skills gained through this role You can gain domain knowledge in network services related to mobility and experience working collaboratively with engineering teams. You can agilely promote software development and delivery with autonomy, working as a single team with the in-house engineering team and paralleling the upstream process. Expected career paths include product manager, scrum master, and line manager. |

【必須（MUST）】 主にモバイルアプリ、またはWebアプリを対象とした場合の以下いずれかのスキル・経験。・UI仕様設計の経験 ・UI構造（IxD・IA）のデザイン経験 ・UI骨格（ワイヤーフレーム）のデザイン経験 ■Required skills / experience ・Experience in UI specification design ・Experience in UI structure (IxD/IA) design ・Experience in UI skeleton (wireframe) design 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・UI文言のデザイン経験とスキル・HCD専門家・スペシャリスト資格がある、または資格取得を目指している ■Preferred skills / experience ・Experience and skills in UI copywriting ・Possession of HCD expert/specialist qualification or aiming to acquire the qualification ■語学力 基本的な読み書き能力があることが好ましい ■Language Skills ・Basic English reading and writing skills |
