■チームのミッション/責任 Mobility Tech Company であるソニー・ホンダモビリティにおいて、クラウドサービスおよび顧客とのタッチポイントであるWebアプリ・モバイルアプリを、内製にてスピード感を持って開発・運営し、新たな顧客価値を次々に創出・継続的に提供するとともに、そのために必要なソフトウェア技術の磨きこみ・アジャイル文化の醸成を推進していくこと。 ■職務内容 社内外の協働チームと連携しつつ、顧客及び社内向けのクラウドサービス・アプリケーションの実開発におけるプロジェクトマネージメント/プロジェクトリードを担当していただきます。 具体的には以下などが対象プロジェクトです。 ・車両対向クラウドサービス・モバイルアプリ・Webアプリ開発 ・デジタルキーなどで必要となる社外認証取得対応 これらの領域におけるPM/PLとは具体的には、1)ビジネスオーナーからの要求獲得・要件整理、2)関係チームや社内外ステークホルダへの情報提供/情報獲得、3)タスク/課題/リスク管理、といったものであり、このような上流工程を担当頂くことになります。 ■プロジェクト体制： ・人数規模：5〜10人/プロジェクト ・スプリント期間：2週間 ■開発ツール等 ・Office365ツール各種 ・DrawIO,Figma ・Slack, Teams ・GitHub,Confluenceなど ■この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル モビリティを取り巻くネットワークサービスのドメイン知識、エンジニアリングチームと協調した業務遂行経験が得られます。内製のエンジニアリングチームとワンチームとなって開発を行うため、裁量を持って、上流工程と並行しながらソフトウェア開発・デリバリーをアジャイルに推進していくことが出来ます。キャリアパスとしては、プロダクトマネージャー/スクラムマスター/ラインマネージャーが想定されます。 ■Team’s Mission / Responsibilities At Sony Honda Mobility as a Mobility Tech Company, rapidly develop and manage cloud service and web/mobile apps which can be touchpoints with customers, to create and continuously provide new value for customers, while continuously updating our own software technology, then foster an agile development culture to achieve our goals. ■Job description Collaborate with internal and external teams to lead project management and project leadership for the development of cloud services and applications for customers and the company. Specifically, the following are the target projects: ・Development of vehicle-facing cloud services, mobile apps, and web apps ・Corresponding to external authentication required for digital keys, etc. Specifically, the PM/PL in these areas involves: ・Acquisition of requirements and clarification of requirements from business owners ・Provision of information and acquisition of information from related teams and internal and external stakeholders ・Task/issue/risk management ■Project structure: ・ Headcount: 5-10 members / project ・ Sprint duration: 2 week ■Development tools, etc.: ・Office365 tools ・DrawIO,Figma ・Slack, Teams ・GitHub,Confluence etc. ■Experience and skills gained through this role You can gain domain knowledge in network services related to mobility and experience working collaboratively with engineering teams. You can agilely promote software development and delivery with autonomy, working as a single team with the in-house engineering team and paralleling the upstream process. Expected career paths include product manager, scrum master, and line manager. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・PM/PLとしてプロジェクトを完遂した経験・ソフトウェアの開発・実装経験 ■Required skills / experience ・Experience in completing projects as a PM/PL ・Experience in software development and implementation 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・社外・海外も含め、コミュニケーションが取れること・プロジェクト完遂に向けて必要な作業・リスクを整理把握し、適切な対応が取れること ・チャレンジングな壁に直面した際に、その状況を前向きに捉え打開することができること ・IT業界/自動車業界の動向把握・将来見通しを立て、それに応じた行動が取れること ■Preferred skills / experience ・Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including overseas partners ・Ability to identify and understand the tasks and risks necessary for project completion, and to take appropriate action ・Ability to take a positive approach to challenging situations and find solutions ・Ability to understand trends and forecast the future of the IT and automotive industries, and to take action accordingly ■語学力 基本的な読み書き能力があることが好ましい ■Language Skills ・Basic English reading and writing skills |
