■チームのミッション/責任 知能化された自動運転・運転支援システムを実現するシミュレーション技術開発、AI技術を用いたアジャイルな開発プラットフォームの構築。 ■職務内容 他部門や開発パートナー、研究機関などと国内外問わず協業し、自動運転・運転支援システムにおける下記業務をお任せします。また、 海外現地法人へのデモンストレーションなどとも行って頂きます。 具体的な業務内容： ・生成AIの活用、シミュレーション技術、CI/CD技術を融合した自動運転・運転支援機能開発プラットフォームの構築 ・機械学習等のAI技術を活用した認知技術向上を加速するための機械学習プラットフォームの構築 ■開発ツール等 ・主要ツール：Vector tools/dSpace tools 、Matlab, Simulink ・MBD系ツール：Rational、Rapsody 等 ・言語：C、C++、Java、 Python、SysML、UML ・AIツール：Caffe、Chainer、TensorFlow、Pytorch、MLflow、Metaflow 等 ・クラウドデプロイ系環境ツール：AWS、 Azure、GCP、Docker、Kubernetes 等 ■この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル ・最先端のAI技術開発スキルと商品化の経験 ・商品の付加価値向上へ直結するシステム設計・開発 ■Team’s Mission / Responsibilities Research and development of in-vehicle/external sensing technologies to realize intelligent autonomous driving / advanced driver assistance systems ■Job description Collaborate with other departments, development partners, and research institutes both domestically and internationally to handle the following tasks related to autonomous driving and driver assistance systems. You will also be responsible for demonstrations at overseas subsidiaries. ■Specific Tasks: ・Build an autonomous driving and driver assistance function development platform that integrates generative AI, simulation technology, and CI/CD technology. ・Build a machine learning platform to accelerate cognitive technology improvement using AI technologies such as machine learning. ■Development Tools: ・Major Tools: Vector tools/dSpace tools, Matlab, Simulink ・MBD Tools: Rational, Rhapsody, etc. ・Languages: C, C++, Java, Python, SysML, UML ・AI Tools: Caffe, Chainer, TensorFlow, Pytorch, MLflow, Metaflow, etc. ・Cloud Deployment Tools: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. ■Experience and skills gained through this role ・Cutting-edge AI technology development skills and commercialization experience ・System design and development skills that directly contribute to product value improvement |

【必須（MUST）】 ・モビリティ業界の経験不問・プログラミング能力(C/C++/Python(Pytorch)) ・Docker 開発環境経験 ・Linux サーバー構築経験 ・ビジネスレベルの英語 ■Required skills / experience ・Experience in the mobility industry is not required ・Programming skills (C/C++/Python (Pytorch)) ・Docker development environment experience ・Linux server build experience 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・AWS等クラウド環境構築経験・機械学習環境構築経験 ・SILS 環境構築経験 ・カメラ、レーダー(ミリ波等)、ライダー、ソナーなどセンサーに関する基礎知識または実務経験 ・CICD環境構築の経験 ・ISO26262に関する業務経験 ・自動運転、安全運転支援システムに関する知識・開発経験 ・GDPR 等プライバシーポリシーに関する知識・開発経験 ・大規模システムの開発経験、プロジェクトマネジメントの経験 ・Agile開発の経験、スクラムマスターの経験 ・オブジェクト指向開発（SysML、UML）、要求分析、システムアーキ設計の経験 ・Automotive SPICELevel2以上の職場での開発経験 ■Preferred skills / experience ・Experience in building cloud environments such as AWS ・Experience in building machine learning environments ・Experience in building SILS environments ・Basic knowledge or practical experience in sensors such as cameras, radar (millimeter wave), lidar, and sonar ・Experience in building CI/CD environments ・Work experience with ISO26262 ・Knowledge and development experience in autonomous driving and advanced driver assistance systems ・Knowledge and development experience in privacy policies such as GDPR ・Experience in developing large-scale systems and project management experience ・Experience in Agile development and Scrum Master experience ・Experience in object-oriented development (SysML, UML), requirements analysis, and system architecture design ・Development experience in a workplace with Automotive SPICE Level 2 or higher ■語学力 ビジネスレベルの英語力 ■Language Skills ・Business-level English |
