| 仕事内容 |
■チームのミッション/責任 知能化された自動運転・運転支援システムを実現する行動計画AIモデル、ソフトウェア開発。 ■職務内容 他部門や開発パートナー、研究機関などと国内外問わず協業し、自動運転・運転支援システムにおける下記業務をお任せします。また、海外現地法人へのデモンストレーションなども行って頂きます。 具体的な業務内容： ・機械学習、ディープラーニングを活用したパスプラニング、行動計画のAIモデルおよびソフトウエアの開発 ・AI行動計画アルゴリズムのソフトウエア設計・実装（枝刈り、量子化、蒸留、組み込みECUへの実装） ■開発ツール等 ・言語：C、C++、Python ・OS：QNX、Linux ・AIツール：Pytorch、TensorFlow、MLflow、MetaflowCaffe、Chainer、 等 ・クラウドデプロイ系環境ツール：AWS、Azure、GCP、Docker、Git、Kubernetes 等 ■この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル ・最先端のAI技術開発スキルと商品化の経験 ・ハイエンドECUや開発環境を用いたAIモデル開発と組み込みSWの設計・実装開発 ■Team’s Mission / Responsibilities Research and development of in-vehicle/external sensing technologies to realize intelligent autonomous driving / advanced driver assistance systems ■Job description Collaborate with other departments, development partners, and research institutes both domestically and internationally to handle the following tasks related to autonomous driving and driver assistance systems. You will also be responsible for demonstrations at overseas subsidiaries. ■Specific Tasks: ・Development of AI models and software for path planning and motion planning using machine learning and deep learning ・Software design and implementation of AI motion planning algorithms (pruning, quantization, distillation, implementation on embedded ECUs) ■Development Tools: ・Languages: C, C++, Python ・OS: QNX, Linux ・AI Tools: Pytorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, MetaflowCaffe, Chainer, etc. ・Cloud Deployment Tools: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, etc. ■Experience and skills gained through this role ・Cutting-edge AI technology development skills and commercialization experience ・AI model development and software design and implementation development using high-end ECUs and development environments |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・機械学習、ディープラーニング等、AIの技術に関する基礎知識および開発実務経験（3年以上）※モビリティ業界の経験は必ずしも不問 ■Required skills / experience ・ Fundamental knowledge and development experience in AI technologies such as machine learning and deep learning (3 years or more) ・Experience in the mobility industry is not required 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・自動運転/運転支援システムに関する知識・開発経験（経験3年以上）・大規模な組み込みソフトウェアを自ら手を動かして開発した経験 ・Automotive SPICELevel2以上の職場での開発経験 ■Preferred skills / experience ・Knowledge and development experience in autonomous driving/driver assistance systems (3 years or more) ・Experience in developing large-scale embedded software ・Development experience in a workplace with Automotive SPICE Level 2 or higher ■語学力 ビジネスレベルの英語力 ■ Language Skills ・ Business-level English |
