■チームのミッション/責任 知能化された自動運転・運転支援システムを実現する周辺理解のためのソフトウェア技術開発。 ■職務内容 他部門や開発パートナー、研究機関などと国内外問わず協業し、自動運転・運転支援システムにおける下記業務をお任せします。また、海外現地法人へのデモンストレーションなどとも行って頂きます。 具体的な業務内容： ・周辺理解のための環境モデルソフトウエアの設計および組み込み実装開発 ・センサーフュージョン、シーン理解、グリッドマップおよびリスク予測、自車位置推定等のソフトウエア設計および組み込み実装開発 ■開発ツール等 ・言語：C、C++、Python、ROS、DDS ・OS：QNX、Linux ・クラウドデプロイ系環境ツール：AWS、Azure、GCP、Docker、Git、Kubernetes 等 ■この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル ・大規模システムにおける組み込み実装開発スキルと商品化の経験 ・ハイエンドなECU・SoCにおける組み込みソフトウェア設計・実装開発 ■Team’s Mission / Responsibilities Research and development of in-vehicle/external sensing technologies to realize intelligent autonomous driving / advanced driver assistance systems ■Job description Collaborate with other departments, development partners, and research institutes both domestically and internationally to handle the following tasks related to autonomous driving and driver assistance systems. You will also be responsible for demonstrations at overseas subsidiaries. ■Specific Tasks: ・Design and embedded implementation development of environmental model software for surround understanding ・Software design and embedded implementation development of sensor fusion, scene understanding, grid map and risk prediction, self-localization, etc. ■Development Tools: ・Languages: C, C++, Python, ROS, DDS ・OS: QNX, Linux ・Cloud Deployment Tools: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, etc. ■Experience and skills gained through this role ・Embedded implementation development skills and commercialization experience in large-scale systems ・Embedded software design and implementation development on high-end ECUs and SoCs |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・自動運転/運転支援やロボティクス領域における組み込み実装開発の経験（いずれか3年以上）事例） ・シーンや標識等自律走行に必要な環境認識アルゴリズムのソフト設計・実装 ・カメラやLidar等を用いた人や物体等の動体検出・トラッキングアルゴリズムのソフト設計・実装 ■Required skills / experience ・Experience in embedded implementation development in the field of autonomous driving/driver assistance or robotics (3 years or more) ・Experience in software design and implementation of environment recognition algorithms necessary for autonomous driving, such as scenes and signs ・Experience in software design and implementation of motion detection and tracking algorithms for people and objects using cameras and lidar 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・自動運転/運転支援システムに関する知識・開発経験（経験3年以上）・大規模システムにおけるソフトウエア開発経験、プロジェクトマネジメントの経験（経験3年以上） ・組み込みECU上でのメモリ使用量削減、プロセス/スレッド割付最適化 ・Automotive SPICELevel2以上の職場での開発経験 ■Preferred skills / experience ・Knowledge and development experience in autonomous driving/driver assistance systems (3 years or more) ・Software development experience in large-scale systems and project management experience (3 years or more) ・Memory usage reduction on embedded ECUs, process/thread assignment optimization Development experience in a workplace with Automotive SPICE Level 2 or higher ■語学力 ビジネスレベルの英語力 ■Language Skills ・Business-level English |
