■チームのミッション/責任 知能化された自動運転・運転支援システムを実現するセンシング機能における技術開発。 ■職務内容 他部門や開発パートナー、研究機関などと国内外問わず協業し、自動運転・運転支援システムにおける下記業務をお任せします。また、海外現地法人へのデモンストレーションなども行って頂きます。 具体的な業務内容： ・機械学習、ディープラーニング等のAI技術を活用した認識技術開発 ・AI認識アルゴリズムのソフトウエア設計・実装（枝刈り、量子化、蒸留、組み込みECUへの実装） ■開発ツール等 ・言語：C、C++、Python ・OS：QNX、Linux ・AIツール：Pytorch、TensorFlow、MLflow、MetaflowCaffe、Chainer、 等 ・クラウドデプロイ系環境ツール：AWS、Azure、GCP、Docker、Git、Kubernetes 等 ■語学力 ビジネスレベルの英語力 ■この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル ・最先端の認識技術開発スキルと商品化の経験 ・Camera・Lidar・Radarと機械学習を用いたハイエンドな認識技術の開発 ■Team’s Mission / Responsibilities Research and development of in-vehicle/external sensing technologies to realize intelligent autonomous driving / advanced driver assistance systems ■Job description Collaborate with other departments, development partners, and research institutes both domestically and internationally to handle the following tasks related to autonomous driving and driver assistance systems. You will also be responsible for demonstrations at overseas subsidiaries. ■Specific Tasks: ・Development of perception technology using AI technologies such as machine learning and deep learning ・Software design and implementation of AI recognition algorithms (pruning, quantization, distillation, implementation on embedded ECUs) ■Development Tools: ・Languages: C, C++, Python ・OS: QNX, Linux ・AI Tools: Pytorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, MetaflowCaffe, Chainer, etc. ・Cloud Deployment Tools: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, etc. ■Experience and skills gained through this role ・Cutting-edge perception technology development skills and commercialization experience ・Development of high-end perception technology using cameras, lidar, radar, and machine learning |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 機械学習を用いた認識技術の研究・開発経験（いずれか3年以上）＜事例＞ ・センシングソフトウェア ・画像認識/物体検知アルゴリズム ・センサ信号からの物体識別アルゴリズム ・センサーフュージョンアルゴリズム ・AIモデル最適化 ※モビリティ業界の経験は必ずしも不問 ■Required skills / experience ・Research and development experience in perception technology using machine learning (3 years or more) ・Experience in developing sensing software, image recognition/object detection algorithms, object identification algorithms from sensor signals, sensor fusion algorithms, and ・AI model optimization ・Experience in the mobility industry is not required 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・自動運転、安全運転支援システムに関する知識・開発経験（経験3年以上）・大規模システムの開発経験（経験3年以上） ・カメラ、レーダー、ライダー、ソナーなどセンサーに関する基礎知識または実務経験 ・GDPR 等プライバシーポリシーに関する知識・開発経験 ・Automotive SPICELevel2以上の職場での開発経験 ■Preferred skills / experience ・Knowledge and development experience in autonomous driving and advanced driver assistance systems (3 years or more) ・Experience in developing large-scale systems (3 years or more) ・Basic knowledge or experience in sensors such as cameras, radar, lidar, and sonar ・ Knowledge and development experience in privacy policies such as GDPR ・ Development experience in a workplace with Automotive SPICE Level 2 or higher ■語学力 ビジネスレベルの英語力 ■Language Skills ・Business-level English |
