仕事内容 |
- Create and execute local commercialization activities as a key member of Japan’s newly created country organization - Work with the Director on implementation of local commercialization strategies in cooperation with Alliance Partner - Partner with the sales team in providing brand strategic direction - Implement local tactical plans and the provision of marketing/sales support materials. - Ensure tracking of KPIs to allow early course correction and ensure execution of key tactics - Ensure development of the field force, (e.g. Providing sales strategy, appropriate tactical tracker) - Collaborate with the global marketing team as part of the global brand planning process |

【必須(MUST)】 - Fluent in Japanese and English to communicate with the global team- 5 or more years of progressive experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical company 【歓迎(WANT)】 - Ideally having prior experience in sales promotion, marketing or commercial excellence department- Prior experience with alliance management or co-promotion is a plus |
