| 仕事内容 | In this role, you'll collaborate with the UXUI team to design feature－based experiences, define detailed product features, and support implementation by capturing site－specific requirements. You'll actively contribute to Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming and user story documentation. Ensuring product alignment and acting as a subject matter expert, you'll partner with Business Transformation and develop success metrics. Your responsibilities extend to product planning, where you'll establish roadmaps, coordinate delivery, and align with Digital Product Managers on dependencies. You'll evaluate guest experiences, develop cost－effective recommendations, and ensure alignment with the overall vision for experience transformation. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ➢ 3＋ years in Product Management, Digital Marketing, E－Commerce, Digital Experience Design, Industrial Engineering, Technology, or related fields.➢ Led digital experience for consumer websites and/or mobile apps. ➢ Experience in large－scale transformation initiatives. ➢ Proven ability to define and execute strategic initiatives. ➢ Worked in agile technology delivery programs. ➢ Defined customer journeys and digital product roadmaps. ➢ Managed product backlog, including feature definition, requirements, prioritization, and sprint planning. ➢ Collaborated closely with Technology Delivery teams. ➢ Established stakeholder engagement and built relationships. ➢ Proficient in executive communication and influencing decision－making. ➢ Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills to convey complex concepts concisely. |
