We are looking for people who can build a platform to digitally replicate things/events, analyze them and lead to optimal actions in the real world. Develop a one-stop system for the real world capturing, analysis, simulations and visualization on a digital globe. Part of it has been adopted in ""STAR SPHERE"". Job description: Responsible for back-end cloud, analyzer/simulator, or rendering engine for 3D data analysis and visualization, which are applied to construction, entertainment and mobility areas in cooperation with related business units. Position: Team leader or staff in one of teams of 5-10 people. The leader will also deal with customers and partners. Career path: You will gain experience in building the platform and have the opportunity to lead business development or to be specialists who can further their expertise in spatio-temporal modeling, analysis, and rendering. Workplace atmosphere: We telework actively and support each other in balancing private and work. Also collaborate with Sony group and other companies to develop advanced technologies. This is a unique and challenging position for new technology and business across sensing devices, AI, and cloud services. We will bring the elemental technologies within the company and R&D to practical use through system technology and continue to work on them until business success. We will provide action plans to realize a better society by forecasting on this digital twin platform the issues of industries that support society, such as the maintenance of infrastructure, as well as global-scale social issues such as climate change, weather disasters, and food shortages. 【必須（MUST）】 At least one of the following skills is required:・Experience in developing scalable and high-speed processing cloud services utilizing NOSQL, K8s, etc. ・Experience in developing 3D rendering engines based on OpenGL and DirectX ・Experience in the field of machine learning for 3D data, such as 3D object recognition ＜語学力＞ ・Reading and writing English documents 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Experience in handling geospatial information such as point clouds and building spatio-temporal databases・Knowledge and skills related to 3D graphics and game engines ・Knowledge and skills in data science (statistical, mathematical, classification, forecasting) ＜語学力＞ ・English presentations and communications |

■試用期間

・プロジェクト・エンプロイメント・コントラクト社員：試用期間なし
■勤務時間
・標準労働時間帯 9:00～17:30（勤務時間：7時間45分 休憩：45分)
・コアタイム 9:30～15:30として出勤退勤時間を選択できるフレックスタイム制あり
・時間外労働あり
・ジェネラル・エンプロイメント・コントラクト社員:土日祝日、年次有給休暇 (初年度6～17日、勤続年数に応じて最大24日)
・プロジェクト・エンプロイメント・コントラクト社員: 土日祝日、年次有給休暇 （初年度6～17日、勤続年数に応じて付与）
■給与
・修士了 初任給285,000円〜 （月給）
・大学卒 初任給255,000円〜 （月給）
（2021年7月実績）
※経験や能力を考慮の上、当社規定により決定いたします。
※通勤費を別途支給いたします。
■賞与
・ジェネラル・エンプロイメント・コントラクト社員:年2回支給（6月、12月）
・プロジェクト・エンプロイメント・コントラクト社員:契約内容により最大年2回支給
