【企業・求人の特色】 ＜世界シェアトップクラスの衛星地上システム＞ アメリカNASDAQ上場3200名の社員を有するグループ企業。2021年10月よりフランス法人の子会社、日本法人としてスタートいたしました。技術・実績・コスト面に強みをもち、圧倒的なシェアを誇ります。 【仕事の内容】 To ensure a high level of Customer Service, the Kratos Antenna Solutions team is looking for a Field Support Engineer based in Japan. The Field Support Engineer will work with the Kratos delivery team and Customers to provide technical support, management of warranty issues and field maintenance. There will be frequent travel within Japan and some to the broader Asian region. Duties and Responsibilities: The Field Support Engineer will provide project and product support, and manage warranty work, equipment repair or replacement. During delivery they will be part of an international team, learning about the systems being installed and helping to ensure a good relationship and understanding with the Japanese customer. Post-delivery, they will assist in responding to enquires from the customer, working with the international team of antenna system engineers to answer questions and provide advice. They will work directly with our customers or via our sales team and first line customer support team around the World, typically communicating via telephone, email and Microsoft Teams. Specific responsibilities will include of: • Provide language and cultural assistance to international teams delivering projects in Japan • Be part of the delivery team, assisting with project administration and learning about each system • Provide Technical Support to Kratos customers as part of the Kratos Support team. • Clearly identifying customer reported issues and perform initial assessment, gathering logs, configuration, and related information. • Ability to follow and/or provide written and oral step-by-step procedures • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers inside and outside the work group. • Responsible for maintaining positive and loyal relationship between Kratos and its customers. • Create troubleshooting playbook and helpful technical product documents as needed. • Manages and provides technical support to field crews during the installation and commissioning of the modernized satellite equipment, including on the job training when appropriate. • May perform or supervise field maintenance at our customers sites across Japan and possibly in the extended Asia region • Performs basic software troubleshooting and diagnostics while on-site. • Implements software changes (Upload, Download & SW Regression) and installs new software and hardware • When in the office, assists technical support with field inquiries and troubleshoots customer issues. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 【応募資格】• Engineering degree with hand on experience of electrical equipment, communications systems preferably in Satellite Communications or the equivalent work experience. • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills • Fluent in Japanese language and culture. • Business-level English • Excellent interpersonal skills • Must be able to travel (up to 50% of the time) and work in remote locations • Proficient in Microsoft and the components of the MS Office Suite. • Willingness and/or ability to work outside regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. • Excellent customer service skills (both written and oral). • Ability to work in high stress and high visibility environment. |
