◆◇◆ポジティブ・アクション◆◇◆ 本ポジションは⼥性の積極採⽤を⾏っております。 We are seeking a payments program manager to join our team. In this role, you will be managing an essential payment program that ensures our Delivery Service Partners are compensated for the services they provide to us. In addition to maintaining existing payment processes and partner closely with our tech team to continue to build automated and scalable solutions. You will create and innovate, developing and iterating on various programs to streamline execution, mitigate defects, increase speed to implement change at scale, and influence tech roadmaps and prioritizations. Key job responsibilities; ・Partner with cross functional teams to develop and deploy payment programs ・Establish and own customer success metrics for payments ・Monitor and report on the progress, milestones and results of expansion programs ・Champion technical innovations to improve the customer experience ・Drive continuous improvement projects that lead to repeatable and scalable processes We are working to be the most Customer-centric company on earth. • 勤務地：東京オフィス • 契約期間：期間の定めなし（正社員採用） • 試用期間：あり（3カ月） • 就業時間：基本9:00-18:00（間休憩1時間） *週40時間フレックス勤務 • 休日：土日祝 (カレンダー勤務) • 休暇：年次有給休暇（入社初年度最大14日間）、パーソナル休暇（年間最大5日間）、特別有給休暇 • 残業：あり(月平均20時間程度) • 想定年収: 950万円～(基本給年俸+Sign-on Bonus+制限付き株式RSU) *能力、資格、経歴、経験等を考慮し、面接後に最終決定 • 想定月給：625,000円～ • 給与改定：年1回 • 社会保険：健康保険、厚生年金、労災保険、雇用保険 • その他福利厚生：健康診断、会員制福利厚生制度（ポイント付与あり）、確定拠出年金（DCプラン）、制限付株式（RSU）、社内割引制度、従業員アシスタントプログラム（EAP）、団体生命保険 （保険料全額会社負担） ※その他詳細は面談の際にお伝えします。 |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Bachelor's degree・3+ years of program or project management experience ・3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience ・3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience ・Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements ・Skilled in using other Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) ・Business level of Japanese and English 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience・Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization ・Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL ・BA in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science ・Experience launching new Products or Programs ・Strong analytical and quantitative skills and a deep love of spreadsheets, ability to use data and metrics to backup assumptions and evaluate outcomes ・Good project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines and status reporting ・Excels at delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment ・Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture ◆選考ステップ (1) 応募(英文Resume提出) → 書類選考 (2) 1次面接1回（英語） (3) 2次面接5回（英語と日本語） (4) 選考結果連絡（内定・ご入社手続き） ※応募時に英文Resumeの提出必須 ※面接は全てオンライン上で実施（ウェブ面接） ※英語面接あり |
