■Job Summary: • The primary focus of this role is to provide comprehensive support for various business applications, including SAP S/4 Hana (Primary) and related applications, primarily for our Japan office. You will be responsible for tasks such as process design, systems analysis, creating functional specifications, monitoring production, optimizing performance, resolving issues, conducting testing, and providing ongoing support after implementation. Additionally, you may also be involved in new development projects and minor enhancements for these applications. • As part of your responsibilities, you will be assigned IT projects by the IT Business Applications manager, where you will be responsible for project planning, requirements gathering, coordinating with stakeholders, managing project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. ■職務概要： • 主に当社の日本オフィス向けに、主要なSAP S/4 Hanaを含む様々なビジネスアプリケーションの包括的なサポートを提供することです。プロセス設計、システム分析、機能仕様の作成、プロダクションのモニタリング、パフォーマンスの最適化、問題の解決、テストの実施、および導入後の継続的なサポートなどのタスクがあなたの責任となります。さらに、これらのアプリケーションに関する新規開発プロジェクトや小規模な改善プロジェクトにも関与することがあります。 • 職務の一環として、ITビジネスアプリケーションマネージャーによって、ITプロジェクトが割り当てられます。その際には、プロジェクト計画、要件の収集、関係者との調整、プロジェクトのタイムライン管理、成果物の達成確認、関係者への定期的な報告などに責任を持ちます。 ■Responsibilities: • Work with stakeholders to define business systems requirements for enhancements, new technology implementations and lead cross functional meetings as part of requirements gathering, driving projects, or providing status updates on various projects. Also set user expectations in terms of delivery dates & scope. • Analyze business scenarios and design solutions by collaborating with other IT team members in Japan, Taiwan, India, Europe, US, local service provides to design and implement solutions that meet the emerging needs of Japan (Primary), South Korea, Taiwan, India business. • Facilitate change management and transition to future state working with various stakeholders. • Organize and Deliver IT Business Application Support for existing issues and newly delivered enhancements/projects in Salesforce, SAP SD/MM/PP/QM /FICO and related supply chain applications like MD-Net etc. • Write Blueprint documents, functional specification documents, Test scripts and other documents required for development and other efforts. Train users on new modified system configuration as it affects business processes. • Assist the local service provides, offshore develop team for the system unit tests, system integration tests; assist the users for the user acceptance tests (UAT) if necessary. ■職務内容： • ステークホルダーと協力して、拡張機能や新しいテクノロジーの導入のためのビジネスシステム要件を定義し、要件収集の一環としてのクロスファンクショナルなミーティングをリードし、各プロジェクトの進行状況を報告するなど、プロジェクトを推進します。 また、納期と範囲の面でユーザーの期待を設定します。 • 日本（主要）、韓国、台湾、インドのビジネスの新たなニーズを満たすために、他のITチームメンバーや現地サービスプロバイダーと協力して、ビジネスシナリオを分析し、ソリューションを設計・実装します。 • 様々なステークホルダーと協力して、変更管理や将来の状態への移行を円滑に進めます。 • Salesforce、SAP SD/MM/PP/QM/FICOなどの既存の問題や新たに導入された拡張機能/プロジェクト、MD-Netなどの関連するサプライチェーンアプリケーションに対して、ITビジネスアプリケーションサポートを組織し提供します。 • ブループリントドキュメント、機能仕様書、テストスクリプトなど、開発やその他の取り組みに必要なドキュメントを作成します。ビジネスプロセスに影響を与える新しい変更されたシステム構成について、ユーザーにトレーニングを行います。 • 現地サービスプロバイダーやオフショア開発チームと協力して、システムの単体テストやシステム統合テストをサポートし、必要な場合にはユーザーアクセプタンステスト（UAT）を支援します。 ■Working Conditions: • Onsite, In Japan office Headquarters. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Experience- Required: ✓ 10 + Years of Experience supporting SAP SD/MM/PP/QM/FICO ✓ Knowledge and general understanding of Customer service support operations, Order to cash, Finance & Controlling, Manufacturing, Product safety & Regulatory Affairs business process. ✓ General understanding in document control for medical device company and able to communicate with local IT service providers, offshore Team. ✓ Experience in Fit& Gap analysis, Blueprinting, writing Functional Specification, Test scenarios & Test cases. ✓ Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes ✓ Familiarity with SAP ABAP - Desired ✓ Experience in Service now, Track wise, Coupa, EDI applications, Salesforce CPQ, X- Trade, e-yulchon, Workday, HR-OK, Coupa ✓ Experience in Supporting Business users in a Class III & IV medical device company. ✓ Any SAP Certification, Salesforce certification • Language Skills ✓ Mandatory: English-Business Level, Japanese – Native or Business Level. ✓ Optional: Korean, Chinese 【歓迎（WANT）】 • General✓ Quick learning abilities, team player mind, self-motivated orientation ✓ Capabilities to work independently and self-directed with appropriate reporting. ✓ Flexibility and ability to complete projects outside normal daily duties as needed. ✓ Strong ability to identify, determine and document customer requirements. ✓ Able to travel oversees to support local office needs. ✓ Flexibility in adopting to new technologies. • Skills ✓ Strong organizational skills ✓ Strong verbal and written communication skills to support local office needs. ■Qualifications: • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification |
