＜コンサルタントの声＞ － 世界的に知名度の高い企業で、50カ国以上に拠点を設置するグローバルな組織です。コロナ禍でも同社製品の需要は落ち込みが少なく、不況の影響を受け辛い企業での就業が可能です。 － 現職者は同社で30年以上勤務し定年を迎える方ですので、経験豊富な方から充分な引継ぎを受け、安心できるスタートを切ることが可能です。 － 経理財務は3名体制となり、部下1名のマネジメント業務がございます。レポート先は国内のFinance Directorとなります。 － AccountingだけでなくFP＆Aのサポートにも一部関わっていただき、経理財務の幅広い経験を錆びらせることなく活用いただけます。 ＜業務内容詳細＞ － Plan and organize the activities on Accounting, Tax, monthly closing, annual closing and Treasury － Conduct reviews of all financial transactions － Recruit and Manage Finance ＆ Operations staff. － Implement financial policies and procedures. － Manage cash flow to allocate adequate funds between the company’s needs － Recommend financial actions by analysing accounting options － Support with budgeting and forecast preparation － Perform audits and resolve discrepancies, correspond to accounting audits and tax audits |
| 応募資格 |
【歓迎（WANT）】 － 10＋ years of experience in finance and accounting functions－ Strong knowledge in general accounting principles － Extensive knowledge of local statutory, tax and legal requirements － Advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office skills － Experience with ERP and accounting software － Business level |
