〈コンサルタントの声〉 － 衛生管理、消毒に関わるソリューションを提供するグローバル企業です。 － 日本法人の設立からまだ年数は浅いですが、毎年着実に売上を伸ばしてきている企業です。成長中の企業を更に伸ばしていくことにやりがいを感じる方にはおすすめの環境です！ － 経理財務は国内スタンドアローンとなり、レポート先はヨーロッパ本社です。国際的なコミュニケーションを多くお取り頂くため、英語力を充分にご活用頂けます。 － 基本的にオフィス出社・定時勤務の体制となりますが、残業時間は多く無い環境ですので、比較的ワークライフバランスを保ちやすい環境です。 〈仕事内容詳細〉 Accounting, General Ledger, Administration and Operations － Supervise and manage the accounting department to ensure the proper functioning of all systems, databases and financial software. － Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls. － Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data. Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting － Review and analyze monthly financial results and provide recommendations and report. － Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual Company operating budget. － Manage financial planning and analysis. Supervise the creation of reports, ERP improvements and tools for budgeting and forecasting. Strategy, Planning and Management － Act as Financial Director and strategic business partner to the senior management team. － Work closely together with the HQ. － Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the organization with regard to long term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts. － Identify, acquire, and supporting of ERP－system and software to provide financial and operational information. － Create and establish yearly financial budgets and forecasts in cooperation with HQ and MD. Financial Relations and Policies － Engage management team in developing short term and long term plans, projections, and budgets. － Represent company to banks, institutions, public auditors, and officials. － Remain current on audit best practices as well as state, federal and local laws regarding company operations. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 5＋ years minimum experience in a international mid－private corporation.－ 10＋ years total accounting or finance, － Fluent in English – speaking and writing; German language is a PLUS but not required － Background coordinating with IT staff to manage accounting system. － Communication and presentation skills. － Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem－solving skills. － Significant experience working with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance related issues. 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred but not required.－ CPA preferred but not required － IT and HR experience preferred |
