Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices. － Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day－to－day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks, including the service performance of business process outsourcing vendors. － Build industry－leading customer service standards and work closely with the global customer service teams to ensure continuous improvement and alignment. － Collaborate with the Country Manager in identifying distributor needs to generate new insights for service level enhancement. － Monitor the service level of third－party logistics company and ensure that the order fulfilment team operates at peak efficiency to achieve customer satisfaction while controlling and managing inventory and logistics. － Ensure warehouse compliance with the goods and distribution practice （GDP）. － Plan and monitor budget and expenditure of each division to achieve financial objectives. － Ensure efficient and timely IT support to facilitate smooth business operations. － Support sales and marketing initiatives to facilitate business growth. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Master’s Degree is a plus.－ 5＋ years of staff management experience － Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and customer service best practices. － Demonstrated expertise in streamlining operations and optimizing processes to improve efficiency. － Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective collaboration and coordination among departments. － Problem－solving and decision－making acumen to handle complex operational challenges. － Great mentor with strong leadership and people management skills. |
