About this opportunity The Associate Director, Professional Marketing, Ortho will take ownership in building the strong downstream marketing plans, especially in all areas of Ortho channels. The incumbent will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, implementation, and budget management of all professional marketing activities. The Associate Director, Professional Marketing, Ortho will work alongside the Global/Regional Marketing, the Japan Marketing organization, and other counterparts. In this role, you will… Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver the strategic planning and execution of new product launches and marketing programs in Ortho and ADP. Lead the overall professional marketing strategy by developing and executing appropriate and successful plans and marketing initiatives focusing on but not limited to professional marketing to drive growth, utilization and adoption of the Product. Lead commercialization of new products and innovations pipeline. Plan, coordinate and execute clinical education, and corporate events/seminar/workshops. Provide fundamental marketing analysis and current/gap assessment analysis and other analysis based on classical marketing principles. Deliver the financial numbers including product sales, marketing budget and key metrics Localize practice development initiatives and Invisalign Advantage program and implement them through sales team or other functions Monitor competitors activities and propose measures Develop and localize local sales toolkits in line with sales effectiveness initiatives Interact with providers and societies, and develop key opinion leaders Participate in special projects and/or training as requested. Maintain compliance to regulatory and statutory laws of Japan and other relevant overseas laws and statutes. Relationship: Report to Marketing Director JP Work collaboratively with Sales and other functions on a cross functional to achieve objectives Collaborate with the Asia Pacific marketing team and Japan Cross functional team In this role, you’ll need … Qualification Strong implementation, excellence in execution and attention to details Analytical skill Team contributor who cultivates collaborative work environment Customer focused Effective communication Fast learner (clinical, regulation, etc) Education & Experience Proven track record with more than 10 years of product management and/or marketing career from healthcare industry, like Pharmaceutical or Medical device in JP market. Dental is plus Comfortable to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural organization Good to have sales experience BA degree is must in a medical or healthcare major; MBA is a plus Skill sets Good spoken and written communication skill both Japanese and English Skillful at producing documents with MS office programs |

【必須（MUST）】 SKILL SETS• 4+ years of marketing experience with new product launches • English (business level) and Japanese (native/fluent) • Strong Excel, Word and Power Point skills. Good presentation and data analysis skills • Able to travel domestically and work off-site (10% international travel) 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Dental or Medical device industry are plus.• Bachelor’s degree or above. Life science or medical relevant majors are plus. ・Quick learner, self-motivated, and a team player. ・Pays attention to detail. |
