◆◇◆ポジティブ・アクション◆◇◆ 本ポジションは⼥性の積極採⽤を⾏っております。 ◆Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented Engineering Project Manager to lead the capacity, capital planning and project execution for the continued expansion of our JP fulfillment network. Successful candidates will have Engineering Program and Project Management experience. The Sr. Engineering Project Manager will understand the details of our Fulfillment Center design, implementation, modeling, estimating and managing new Fulfillment Center start-ups. The individual will lead a project team and provide leadership in managing the build specifications; pre-contract work, internal teams and vendor relations. This individual will be responsible for managing critical path and helping other teams deliver network capacity on time. The Engineering Project Manager will define, drive and simplify strategy, while being detailed oriented and agile to manage business changes and keep driving initiatives. The individual will conduct multiple weekly meetings with internal teams and vendors to plan and track deliverables. The individual will own and develop technology innovations and solutions on a need basis and work very closely with other teams. This role holder will be interfacing and driving various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization in order to be successful. The projects are focused in Asia Pacific region that serve our fulfillment transportation, and delivery network, but there are opportunities to support projects abroad. As a Robotics Deployment Engineer, you will collaborate with a talented team and dive into challenging technical problems to deliver our leading-edge robotics technologies in its fulfillment, transportation, and delivery network. This role requires a unique combination of engineering know how, problem solving, curiosity, innovation, leadership, and effective communication. You will be the engineering lead onsite helping manage resources and providing robotics expertise, on site during various deployments. You will excel at interfacing and delivering results with cross functional teams. Your projects are focused in Asia Pacific that serve our fulfillment transportation, and Delivery network. • 勤務地:東京オフィス(定期的な出張あり) • 契約期間:期間の定めなし(正社員採用) • 試用期間:あり(3カ月) • 就業時間:基本9:00-18:00(間休憩1時間) *週40時間フレックス勤務 • 休日:土日祝 (カレンダー勤務) • 休暇:年次有給休暇(入社初年度最大14日間)、パーソナル休暇(年間最大5日間)、特別有給休暇 • 残業:あり(月平均30時間程度) • 想定年収: 948万円~(基本給年俸+Sign-on Bonus+制限付き株式RSU) *能力、資格、経歴、経験等を考慮し、面接後に最終決定 • 想定月給:766,700円~ • 給与改定:年1回 • 社会保険:健康保険、厚生年金、労災保険、雇用保険 • その他福利厚生:健康診断、会員制福利厚生制度(ポイント付与あり)、確定拠出年金(DCプラン)、制限付株式(RSU)、社内割引制度、従業員アシスタントプログラム(EAP)、団体生命保険 (保険料全額会社負担) ※その他詳細は面談の際にお伝えします。 |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ・Bachelor's degree・5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience ・Conversant with leading-edge technology including software, hardware and robotics ・Experienced in leading teams through setup and configuration of software, hardware, and robotics projects ・Ability to perform onsite hardware and software support during initial system deployment ・Proven experience leading overall end-to-end project delivery including resources, Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), schedule and vendor management. ・Committed to the continuous improvement of operational processes. ・Willingness to travel 75% of the year ・Business-level Japanese and English 【歓迎(WANT)】 ・Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level・Experience working with and managing third party vendors ・Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing ◆選考ステップ (1) 応募(英文Resume提出) → 書類選考 (2) 1次面接1回(英語) (3) 2次面接4回(英語と日本語) (4) 選考結果連絡(内定・ご入社手続き) ※応募時に英文Resumeの提出必須 ※面接は全てオンライン上で実施(ウェブ面接) ※英語面接あり |
