仕事内容 The goal of the eCommerce (eCom) team is to deliver one integrated consumer journey to create premium and seamless experience at every touch point that exceeds our consumer’s expectations. The SEO Manager optimizes site and content structure to to match natural consumer word trends and plans, executes and reinforces project management lifecycle within Consumer Experience team.

SEO manager will fully support and drive Japan objectives, namely, to accelerate eCom business growth by optimizing Organic Search operational activities to establish adidas and Reebok eShops as the online destinations of choice. In addition, the SEO Manager optimizes high performance traffic to Market place stores.
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience, ideally in eCommerce
Have strong, well-rounded knowledge of Organic Search and project management with a minimum of 3-5 years experience either in-house or at an agency
Conduct analysis with web analytics suites and Google search console
A/B testing (Split testing or bucket testing) experience
Strong oral and written English communication and presentation skills
Business level English and Japanese are required

Able to communicate throughout all levels of an organization both technical and non-technical information and to promote ‘Organic Search’ across the business
Proven track record of working with key Organic Search data tools (Google/Bing webmaster tools, Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, SEO rankings platforms, etc)
Understand the impact of social media and PR on Organic Search performance and leverage know-how to drive growth
Have experiences working on Organic Search content and technical projects (URLs, Meta tags improvements, copy/translations optimization)
