Our Laboratories has over 40 years’ experience in materials testing services. Our parent company, is a multi-billion-dollar global leader in scientific services with a portfolio of over 200,000 validated analytical methods. We offer a consultative, multi-disciplinary approach to solving your materials- and engineering-related product problems. As thought leaders in investigative science, we set the global standard for materials testing services. In fact the laboratories has over 20+ locations, and offers over 40 years experience in materials testing services. With 2,500 instruments worldwide we can scale to your demand, meet time constraints and ensure client confidentiality. We have main office at Tokyo Kanda and laboratory in Kawasaki- Kanagawa Prefecture, covering all of material testing services using SIMS, TEM, GDMS, or other instrumental analytics working with US laboratories and Shanghai laboratories. Upon joining the company, you will be responsible Japan lab. material analysis group in Kawasaki lab. As the commercial lab. operation manager, you need to cover following major responsibilities; Manage testing lab. instrument tools and analytical engineers, focusing on GDMS, TEM, FIB, XRS… to support Eurofins EAG business unit operation Periodically communicate with US laboratories to refresh/ receive their latest technologies to be implemented into Japan lab. Ramp future instrument tools to grow Japan business, such as GDMS, TEM, FIB and maintain in high tool utilization% Work with Customer Support team to communicate technical solutions or analysis results to customers in Japan to build up trust relationships Cross functional team manager, to be worked with Sales, Customer Support, US Laboratories,… to responsible Japan lab. analytical service solutions Job Responsibilities Primary handling Japan Lab. operations in material testing services (GDMS, TEM, SIMS…etc.) Formulating Japan lab. capabilities to meet customer technical challenges Managing lab. engineers and implement 24 x 7 operation as business growth in Japan Start from GDMS capabilities, then plan to integrate existing Kawasaki lab. instruments and engineers in the future. |

【必須（MUST）】 Capability and experience requiredMaterial testing experience and understanding (GDMS, SIMS, or TEM….etc.) Laboratory operation experience as manager or engineer Business/ technical communication in both Japanese and English Project management experience and skills People’s manager experience and team work mind set Customer communication experience (in technical, not in commercial) Self-motivated working style, not waiting for upper management’s requests 【歓迎（WANT）】 Prefer to haveSpecific GDMS or SIMS experience and knowledge Knowledge of material testing instruments maintenance Working style: baseline onsite/ hybrid if lab. operation works normal Business trip: Overseas (US) once a year, Domestic (Japan) 2-3 times a month |
