〈コンサルタントの声〉 － メインとなる領域の医療機器に関しては国内トップクラスのシェア率を誇る企業です。手術時間の短縮化に貢献する器具など、多くの医師から「使い勝手が良い」と高く評価をされています。 － アメリカ本社も日本をビジネスの重要な柱の一つと考えており、やりがいと責任感を持って働くことが可能です。 － ファイナンスチームは4名構成となり、レポート先は国内の日本人Finance Directorです。同社で5年以上勤務し、変化に対応してきた頼りになる上司と共に働けます。 － 週3日の在宅勤務制度あり。ワークライフバランスを重視される方にもおすすめです。 〈仕事内容詳細〉 － Support each business leaders for budgeting and forecasting process. － Manage of Daily Reporting Functions. － Provide key Monthly Management Reports for business review. － Works directly with divisional Sales ＆ Marketing Managers in the reporting and analysis of Sales/COGS information to identify issues and opportunities. － Provide sales ＆ financial reporting, value－added analysis, and continuous improvement of country business processes. － Produces customer sales / profitability reports and analyzes figures for the Finance Director and Sales ＆ Marketing functions. － Key participant in FP＆A process, including the preparation sales Forecast working with Marketing and Sales. － Analyzes performance trends and provides commentary on sales, operating expenses, and other key financial parameters to improve profitability. － Investigates and reports on significant variances to ensure integrity of information and performance against quarterly plans. Helps division remain on target. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 5＋ years’ accounting experience, 3＋ years’ management position experience－ Proficient with MS Office and any ERP systems （SAP, Oracle or JDE）. － Working knowledge of IFRS － Fluency in English |
