仕事内容 ◆Summary
－ Responsible for originating investment grade DCM business for financial institutions, corporate and agencies in Japan and their related subsidiaries abroad.
－ Dedicating to enhance business of Sustainable Banking especially focused on green/social and sustainability bonds as well as sustainability linked products.
－ Independent coverage of current and potential DCM issuers in Japan in all relevant currencies and formats of issuance

◆Key Responsibilities on Strategy and Business Planning
－ Independent coverage of current DCM clients as well as potential issuers in Japan, in all relevant currencies and formats of issuance, in order to increase our penetration to targeting/potential clients.
－ Work closely with Coverage Banking teams, Syndicates, Sustainable Banking, Research and Trading to solve issuers’ funding demand across currencies
－ Maintain market update to core clients by mails, calls and visits
－ Educate coverage bankers and credit/rate sales on market and product knowledge and information
－ Collaborate with other DCM and Coverage team in other regions/ countries to promote cross boarder DCM business

◆Management and Reporting
－ Report to the Head of DCM, Japan
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Qualifications/Education Required:
－ （ESSENTIAL） Degree （preferably in Business, Economics or Laws）
－ （DESIRABLE） MBA or other Master’s Degree CFA

◆Experience Required:
－ （ESSENTIAL） DCM experience （3yr＋） and good knowledge of the market, especially USD/EUR DCM business for Japanese issuers
－ （DESIRABLE） Good track records of covering frequent issuers and Green / Sustainable Finance products
－ （ESSENTIAL） JSDA Class 1 and 2
