【必須(MUST)】 - Experience (7+ years in SaaS renewals, sales, or customer success): This role requires extensive experience in the SaaS industry, focusing on the customer lifecycle. Candidates should have a strong background in managing customer relationships, understanding market trends, and achieving sales targets.- Negotiation Skills (High-stakes negotiation): Candidates must excel in negotiating complex deals. This involves skillful communication, understanding client needs, and creating win-win situations that align with company goals. - Product Knowledge: An understanding of the products offered is crucial. This includes features, benefits, and application in various business contexts, to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients. - Deal Structuring Knowledge (Expertise in pricing and contracting): The ability to structure deals effectively is key. This includes pricing complex BOM’s, understanding contractual nuances, and crafting agreements that meet both client needs and company standards. - Legal Knowledge (Understanding of SaaS contracts): Familiarity with the legal aspects of SaaS contracts is important. This includes knowledge of terms, conditions, compliance issues, and the ability to work closely with legal teams to ensure all agreements are sound and enforceable. - Corporate Goals Alignment (Ability to align strategies with company goals): The ideal candidate should demonstrate an ability to develop and implement renewal strategies that support and enhance the company’s overall objectives. - Organizational Skills (Managing complex tasks effectively): Strong organizational skills are essential. The role involves juggling multiple client accounts, staying on top of various deadlines, and ensuring all client interactions are logged and tracked efficiently. - Customer Focus (Commitment to a customer-first mindset): A strong orientation towards customer satisfaction is required. This includes understanding client needs, providing excellent service, and fostering long-term relationships. - Communication Skills (Advanced oral and written communication): Excellent communication skills are vital, particularly in Japanese and English. The ability to clearly convey ideas, listen effectively, and adapt communication style to different audiences is key. - Education (Advanced degree or equivalent qualification): A higher educational background, especially in fields related to business, management, or technology, can be beneficial. - Technical Skills: System proficiency with quoting, MS Office tools, and CRM systems; this includes managing client data, analyzing customer interactions, and using this information to make strategic decisions. |
