■Logistics Coordinator 2 positions Packed goods logistics , Bulk / Marine logistics ※Reporting to JP Logistics Manager ＜KEY DELIVERABLES （Define/outline primary responsibilities）＞ • Support/ coordinate delivery schedule, coordinate goods receipt and goods issue arrangements by logistics service providers （LSPs） • Work with LSPs to meet Gain/ Loss, Product Integrity requirements for Logistics operations • Ensure daily incoming/outgoing vessels and outgoing truck/ISO/flexibag transports are performed in accordance with EM requirements, logistics supplier operation procedures • Steward third party service performance （e.g haulers / warehousing/ lube oil delivery barges/tank terminals/ Marine chandlers） • Ensure that the products operations at the 3rd party are handled according to contractual guidelines incl. This Company's rules and legal regulations • Support Sales and Sourcing for tenders and implementation of new contracts • Includes Customer Site visits as required • Includes study and implementation of customer specific requirements • Support stock accounting process: steward gain/losses, assist inventory loss investigation • Address logistics related complaints/claims. Ensure timely and proper resolution • Ensure legal ＆ EM operations procedure compliance of 3P warehouses or terminals （including internal audits/ assessments） • Ensure timely customs clearance of imported product • Ensure timely charter confirmation of Lube Oil delivery barges • Ensure all activities （especially re－packing / labelling activities） conform to the expectations set forth in the EM Product Integrity Management System Framework • Ensure reconciliation of LSP invoice details and oversight payment to LSPs. Confirm ad－hoc/ spot service request and its quotation for Procurement to proceed SPOT purchases • Identify cost optimization leveraging data dashboards or other tools in country • Drive improvement in Fulfillment Rate for business orders • Drives continuous service improvements for logistics service of order fulfillment, inventory assets management and logistics cost • Other one－time logistics activities as request SCOPE （Impacts, success measures/metrics, position in Value Chain） •Coordinate with Logistics Service Providers to store and deliver products safely and timely to customers •Regular works related with logistics service, inventory, and cost as contract and EMJ requirement •Drive improvement of order service, physical inventory management, and logistics cost ＜KEY INTERFACES＞ •Regional Logistics advisors, compliance advisors •EMJ Lubricants Sales team （Passenger vehicle lubricants, Commercial vehicle lubricants, Industrial lubricants, Aviation lubricants ＆ Marine lubricants sales team） |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 •5 years logistics experience related packed warehouse / transportation and/or bulk terminal and/or Marine industry•Strong communication skills （both Japanese ＆ English） 【歓迎（WANT）】 Lubricants business experience•Good process orientation and focus on continuous improvements •Good change management skills •Ability to work in virtual teams •Fast learner and adapt international company business •Strong analytical skills supported by good system skills– data mining competency |
