＜Job Description＞ Within the Label and Artists Solutions team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic clients and define with your manager the best solutions to maximize client satisfactions and services execution. As the clients’ point of contact, you will be responsible to: ・Deliver flawless service and ensuring cross-functional collaboration of teams (Video channel management, Marketing, Customer Support etc.); ・Proactively provide best strategic support to clients periodically (go-to-market strategies, quarterly business reviews, providing insights, etc); ・Manage projects and propose the best audience development solutions, content management, key campaign elements including PR, promotion and digital streaming strategy; ・Analyse and present sales performance to client using dashboards and tools; ・Fully comprehend the client needs and identify potential services to nurture and upsell; ・Keep customers up-to-date to Believe and other digital tools; ・Participate in negotiation of signing and renewal of contracts with customers; Additional Information Believe is committed to ensuring equal opportunities in employment, regardless of origin, sex, morals, sexual orientation, gender, age, family status pregnancy, political opinions, trade union activities, religious beliefs, physical appearance, family name, place of residence, state of health, or disability. |

【必須（MUST）】 ＜Qualifications＞・More than 4 years of proven track record in sales in a fast-growing environment (technology, services, media, entertainment) ・Knowledge of the local artists & labels landscape and understanding of the music ecosystem ・Solid network in the local music industry ・Deep knowledge of the local Go-to-Market strategies ・Customer focus ・Active listening, relationship building ・Problem-solver ・Educator ・Performance-driven ・You are passionate about technology, data, and artists / labels development. ・Fluent English is mandatory to succeed in your role as part of a global company 【歓迎（WANT）】 Experience in music industry is a plus, but not mandatory.＜Company Description＞ Believe is one of the world’s leading digital music companies.
