コーポレートDXチームが目指すのは、ソニーグループを革新的なテクノロジーによって実現するデータドリブン・AIドリブンな企業に変革することです。これらの変革にソニーの事業会社内および事業会社間での情報共有が不可欠であり、情報セキュリティに対するアプローチの革新が必要です。 【業務内容】 1.Lead Security Engineer for Japan ・Act as the primary security engineering point of contact for DX activities in Japan. ・Provide technical expertise and guidance to teams engaged in Digital Transformation initiatives. ・Ensure security measures align with Sony’s global security standards and practices. 2.Rapid Security Solution Delivery ・Propose and deliver security solutions tailored to meet Japan’s specific DX security needs. ・Collaborate with security engineers and other stakeholders to implement solutions promptly. 3.Change Management Support ・Assist in change management efforts related to security changes in Japan and other regions. ・Ensure seamless integration of security enhancements with minimal disruption to operations. 4.Security Oversight ・Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security controls and measures in place. ・Identify and address security gaps and potential vulnerabilities. 5.Collaboration, Communication, and Process Development ・Collaborate with DX teams, operating companies, and stakeholders in Japan and US to ensure security requirements are met. ・Communicate security updates, changes, and best practices effectively. ・Engage with DX and other staff working in process definition area to support inclusion of security processes to wider DX goals and activities, and work with other staff to develop security processes 6.Continuous Improvement ・Stay informed about the latest security trends, threats, and industry best practices. 7.Compliance and Policy Adherence ・Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Sony’s security policies. ・Assist in preparing security-related reports and documentation. 8.Incident Response ・Provide coordination support as needed during security incidents and breaches, collaborating with other teams to ensure timely and effective response ・Provide technical expertise, perform investigation, and provide summarization as needed to support incident response processes |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・8+ years of IT and cybersecurity engineering experience for complex technical enterprises, services, and products・3+ years of leading or directly participating in security engineering efforts related to DevOps / SecDevOps in large / complex AWS environments, ideally including Snowflake database systems and non-AWS cloud platforms as well. ・Deep experience in cybersecurity engineering and operations ・Superb collaborator and communicator, comfortable, confident, and experienced in guiding abstract into actions ・Strong sense of ownership as it relates to project management, and a bias for structure and action ・Ability to facilitate both discussion and outcomes with multiple stakeholders across the world in complex technical and organizational situations ・求める語学力：英語必須（英文レジュメの提出と英語面接が必須となります） Need to submit English CV and be comfortable to work in both English and Japanese. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Application knowledge, IT infrastructure, and network knowledge in SONY group are a plus. |
