仕事内容	Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans for data strategy and data architecture initiatives, including defining project goals, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage relationships with stakeholders, including business users, data scientists, analysts, and IT teams. Ensure effective communication, manage expectations, and address concerns or issues raised by stakeholders. Data Strategy Development: Collaborate with business leaders to define and align data strategy with organizational goals. Identify and prioritize data initiatives, such as data governance, data quality, data integration, and data lifecycle management. Data Architecture Design: Design and develop data architecture solutions, including data warehouse, data lakes, data integration frameworks, and analytics platforms. Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the data architecture. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with business users and data stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Analyze business needs and recommend data solutions and architectures to meet those needs. Project Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with data strategy and data architecture projects. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize risks and ensure successful project delivery. Data Governance and Compliance: Establish data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data quality, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. Define data standards, data security protocols, and data access controls. Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data architects, and data analysts. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful project execution. Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize data processes and architectures for efficiency and scalability. Analyze system performance metrics, tune configurations, and implement optimizations. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members and stakeholders. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and documentation to promote best practices in data strategy and data architecture.
