【仕事内容】 USound is a fast-growing audio company developing audio systems for personal audio applications such as mobile phones, headphones, earphones, speakers as well as other applications for the global market. We are looking for a reliable and committed team player to join our MEMS Operations team. 【Job profile】 This position calls for an experienced process engineer with a substantial background in the semiconductor industry. The primary responsibility involves working directly at the external MEMS foundry to develop an innovative process while leading communication with the local development team. 【Your tasks】 ・Development and industrialization of a new MEMS technology and process together with the local development team ・Work on-site at an industry leading MEMS foundry ・Be the bridge in communication between the USound MEMS development team, USound Operations team and the foundry MEMS process development team ・Understand the issues arising in the prototyping and production process and find efficient solutions which satisfy the needs of all parties ・Be our ‘ear-on-the-ground’ and keep USound team informed about all changes and developments at MEMS foundry ・Fast, direct, constant and clear communication to USound, and to MEMS foundry. |

| 応募資格 |
【You have】 ・Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics or comparable ・5+ years of industry experience in semiconductor industry or similar field, ideally MEMS process experience. ・Native Japanese speaker or fluid in Japanese, English (at least a B2 level) is necessary ・Experience and knowledge of semiconductor processes, workflows and methods ・Exceptional communication and negotiating skills ・Keen perception and the capability to adjust quickly to new situations ・Willingness to travel on average one week per month ・Independent worker, driving towards expected results ・Able to build a trusted relationship with supplier, while ensuring USound’s interests are priority. ・Able to withstand pressure and keep focus clearly on the goal → deliver quality to customers on time |
