About Our team: Our Solution design teams deliver the art and science of analyzing the supply chain by finding ways to improve it. Solution design provide the experience and support to new and existing businesses, from logistics network strategy, transport design, warehouse design and simulation, to operational improvement and inventory analysis. Their knowledge to focus on and implement projects help keep our business at the forefront of the Logistics market. Responsibilities: Warehousing Solution Design for new Business. -Customer Profile analysis. -Design the warehouse layout with analyzing of customer Inventory profile. -Design operation process flow for Inbound/Outbound/Return/VAS. -Design suitable facilities and equipment. -Resource estimation based on productivity analysis. -To establish optimal costing/ commercialization for New/ Existing business Business renewal support with key account management team. -Warehouse cost review and analysis. -Re-design warehouse layout and operation flow. -Analysis Profit & Loss and find the improvement point. Operation capability improvement. -Operation process review. -Productivity measurement and re-estimation of appropriate headcount. -Support Operation Excellence team for process improvement and continuous improvement project Support project implementation -Provision of solutions analytical support for implementation/ re-engineering needs for key/ strategic projects as assigned. -Engage and work closely with operations team on implementation of assigned projects. |

【必須(MUST)】 Understanding of warehouse, transport and supply chain knowledgeAn advanced user of tools such as MS office Experience in P&L managing, Automation in logistics preferred Travelling openness preferred within Japan Business level of proficency in Japanese is required 【歓迎(WANT)】 Certificate related to Logistics/SCM preferredExperience in CAD preferred This position plays a crucial role in developing, planning, & implementing logistics strategies and models. Here are some key areas of knowledge and experience that a candidate could gain from this role: -Supply Chain Optimization: The candidate would develop a deep understanding of how to design and optimize logistics networks to achieve cost efficiency and meet customer expectations. -Project Management: They would acquire valuable project management skills, managing the entire lifecycle of logistics solutions from concept to implementation. -Customer Relationship Management: Dealing with clients to understand their logistics needs and challenges would enhance their skills in customer service and relationship management. -Technology Utilization: They'd gain knowledge in the use of logistics and supply chain software. This could include warehouse management systems (WMS), transport management systems (TMS), and supply chain modelling software. -Data Analysis: The role would involve analyzing logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. This could provide valuable experience in data analysis and interpretation. -Team Management: If the role involves managing a team, the candidate would gain experience in leadership, team management, and people development. -Industry Knowledge: Working in a 3PL company would provide insight into a wide range of industries, as these companies often serve clients across different sectors. |
