The brand's fundamentals are; cutting-edge makeup artistry, Japanese mastership, and Asian expertise and inclusivity. ■Department Overview 部署概要 Shu uemura international Division is a Brand Head Quarter located in Tokyo office. The mission of the Divison is to create the global business growth strategy and drive the implementation in orchestration with local countries. ■Attraction of this position 本ポジションの魅力 ・International culture: The team directly resports to France headquater. The team is a mix of Japanese and international members. ・Excellent internal career mobility: Various options to rotate / step-up to other functions within shu international, other brands within/out of Japan High-quality Team: Strong team across the various functions, full of creativity and inspirations. ・Skills you can grow: Product development, Internationl project lead, Marketing strategy building, ■Team Structure 組織構造 Report line: Marketing manager in charge of color(lipstick related products) products or Icon (foundation, eyeliner etc.) products ■Key Relationship カウンターパート ・Internal (withtin Division): Marketing Manager, Director / Division GM / Customer Experience / Communications / Atelier Team / E-commerce & CRM, etc. ・Internal (out of Division): Key countries such as Japan, China, Korea / Asia Zone team / France HQ / R&I ・External: Advertising vendor / Production agency ■Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務 To develop innovative products, renovate pillars-product for the international brand panier to ensure continued worldwide growth for the brand ・Collect, compare and synthesize international market data relevant to their category (consumer, markets, competition, country, digital…), generate insights and suggest actions based on findings ・Develop new, different, better concepts consistent with the brand's sense of purpose ・Orchestrate the product development process including monitoring the departments involved ・Write marketing mix recommendations (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) for product launches or renovations ・Assist in the development of creative material in line with the brand's integrated-communication platform ・Write country implementation kits providing advice and recommendations on the marketing mix ・Exchange constantly with the zones and strategic countries for their category, provide them with support ・Effectively prepare clear messages to present to senior management |

【必須(MUST)】 ・Product sensitivity with passion for products and details・Logical and analytical thinker with business mind ・Proactiveness ・Clear and persuasive communication skill ・English business level 【歓迎(WANT)】 . Cosmetics or fashion, marketing-related background. Marketing experience more than 3 years, ideally product development . If not, someone who has a very strong sense or interest of brand, products, textures or fragrance, creation, and art so on . Strong interest in cosmetic beauty business |
