職務概要Position Summary: 富士New Product Introduction(NPI)/Packaging Specialist（Project Management /Engineering）は以下職務を行う。 The New Product Introduction(NPI)/Packaging Specialist（Project Management /Engineering） for as follow l 富士工場新製品導入のガバナンス、プロジェクトの実施 Execute governance and project for Fuji site new product introduction. l 既存製品のライフサイクルマネジメント（技術移管、適応追加など）のガバナンス、プロジェクトの実施 Execute project for life cycle management (LCM) of legacy product l 包装資材の仕様・表示の設計・改善業務またはプロジェクトの実施 Execute or lead project to create packaging material specification, design and improvement and implement projects of packaging material l 画期的な技術及び包装資材の導入 Lead innovative technology and packaging introduction l 日本の顧客及び品質要件に対する技術的な検討及び改善の実施 Execute technical discussion and improvement for Japan customer and quality requirement l 富士工場新製品導入のガバナンス、プロジェクトの実施 Execute governance and project for Fuji site new product introduction. l 既存製品のライフサイクルマネジメント（技術移管、適応追加など）のガバナンス、プロジェクトの実施 Execute governance and project for life cycle management (LCM) of legacy product l 富士工場のプロセス改善業務の実施 Execute Fuji process improvement l J&J及び各スタンダード(SOP)の適用、及び順守の維持、改善. Apply, maintenance and improvement of J & J and each standard (SOP). l SME 業務の遂行 Execute assigned SME role 法規制の順守に関する責任 Regulatory Compliance Responsibilities: 以下に関連する日本の規制・法令、及び会社の基準等を遵守する。 Comply with following Japanese regulations and company standards. l J&JとJanssenのスタンダード、ポリシー J&J and Janssen standards and policies l Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) l Good Gene, Cellular, and Tissue-based Products Manufacturing Practice（GCTP） l 薬事法 The Pharmaceutical Affairs Law l 職務の詳細ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 下記の業務の中でアサインされた業務を実施する。 l 富士工場新製品導入のプロジェクトの実施 Execute project for Fuji site new product introduction. ü 富士工場のNPIプロジェクトチームをリードし富士工場の準備（戦略的計画、富士のプロセス設計、リスク管理、包装資材の開発など）をゲートプロセスやプロジェクト会議を通じて実行し、新製品の上市を成功させる。 Lead Fuji NPI project team to execute Fuji site launch readiness (strategic capacity planning, Fuji process design, risk management, packaging and artwork development.) to deliver the success launch of new product, though gate process and project meeting. ü 富士工場の代表として本社コマーシャルなど関連部門と強力な部門横断的なパートナーシップを構築し、製品やサプライチェーンに関連する積極的な議論と調整を行う。 As Fuji site representative, build strong cross-functional partnerships with Japan head quarter team such as commercial and R&D team to give proactive discussions and alignment related to the product and/or supply chain in Japan market. ü 日本市場及び富士工場の代表として海外の新製品開発、導入部門と横断的なパートナーシップを構築し、製品、包装、デバイス製品などの日本市場にあった設計等の検討、導入を実施する。 As Japan and Fuji site representative, build strong cross-functional partnerships with global NPI development and introduction department to give proactive discussions and alignment related to the product and/or packaging include combination product in Japan market. l 既存製品のライフサイクルマネジメント（技術移管、承継など）のプロジェクトの実施 Execute project for life cycle management (LCM) of legacy product. ü 富士工場のLCMチームをリードして富士工場の準備（戦略的計画、富士のプロセス設計、リスク管理、包装資材の開発など）を実行し、技術移管や承継、その他アサインされたプロジェクトを成功させる。 Lead Fuji LCM project team to execute Fuji site readiness (strategic capacity planning, Fuji process design, risk management, packaging and artwork development) to deliver the success of technical transfer, divestment and all other related assigned project. l 包装資材の仕様・表示の設計・改善業務またはプロジェクトの実施 Execute create packaging material specification, design and improvement and implement projects of packaging material ü 富士工場にて包装される日本向け製品に関連する全ての包装資材について、本社及びGlobalそして富士工場内の関連部門と連携し、日本の規制及び品質を遵守した包装仕様設計及び表示の開発、検討、輸送試験などの検証、改善、変更管理など商業生産に向けた業務の実施を行う。 また任命された関連プロジェクトのリードまたはサポートを行う。 ü Develop, create and improve packaging specifications and design that comply with Japanese regulations and quality in collaboration with the head office, global, and related departments within the Fuji site for all packaging materials which products are packaged at the Fuji site. Also conduct transportation test and change control management for commercial production. Leads or supports appointed related projects. l 画期的な技術及び包装資材の導入 Lead innovative technology and packaging introduction ü 患者をはじめとする顧客の声に基づいて、既存製品または新製品の包装資材に対して画期的な包装資材の仕様と表示の検討、開発、商業生産に向けた業務の実施を行う。また任命された関連プロジェクトのリードまたはサポートを行う。 ü Based on customer voice, execute develop, design and verification to introduce innovative packaging material. Leads or supports appointed related projects. ü 富士工場の業務や顧客への価値をより生み出すための新しい技術の検討、導入などinnovationを促進する活動のリードまたはサポートを行う。 ü Lead site innovation initiative by developing and introducing new technology to deliver more value to our customer and Fuji site. l 日本の顧客及び品質要件に対する技術的な検討及び改善の実施 Execute technical discussion and improvement for Japan customer and quality requirement. ü 新製品、既存品ともに日本の顧客及び品質要件に関して、技術的な観点に関して国内外の関連部署及びステークホルダーとの調整、対応の検討、及び実施のリードまたはサポートを行う。 Provide leadership technical discussion with both global and local functions and stakeholders, to align, examine and implement actions to meet Japanese customer and quality requirement for both NPI and legacy product. l 富士工場のプロセス改善業務の実施 Execute Fuji process improvement. ü Green belt などのリーン手法を用いて、アサインされた富士工場内のプロセス改善等の業務の実施、サポートを行う。 Provide leadership or support assigned Fuji process improvement by using lean methods such as green belt. l J&J及び各スタンダード(SOP)の適用、及び順守の維持、改善 Apply, maintenance and improvement of J & J and each standard (SOP). ü 新規・改訂されるグローバルSOPに関し、担当となった文書にレビュー、またはGap Assessmentを期限内に実施する。 Conduct review and gap assessment for new or revise global SOP on time. l SME 業務の遂行 Execute assigned SME role ü 任命されたSME業務を遂行し、関連作業がFuji TO team内にて遅滞なく完了するよう管理・監督する。また関連するKPIの管理、維持を担当する Conduct assigned SME task, manage all required actions within TO on time. Also, manage and track related KPI. |
