The role As engagement manager, you will be working closely with client and our engineer team members and managers to plan, execute, manage entire network vendor support projects to make sure its project will smoothly conduct. Responsibilities ・Attend the weekly monthly quarterly on-line calls with the client and present the overall summary ・Involve in QA activity, make plans to improve customer satisfaction ・Interview new candidates for the project ・Project planning and process improvement ・Attend, present weekly monthly internal calls ・Prepare Forecast revenue, Cost planning and Expense approval ・Work very closely with the team managers ・Discuss with respective APAC stakeholders when new mission comes up |
