We are looking to hire a Business Development to join our team in Tokyo to grow our network of investors in Japan, in the distribution business. • Contribute to the fundraising process from qualifying to closing, including market intelligence, meetings and roadshows, marketing initiatives, due diligence, onboarding process, etc. • Develop and maintain a strong technical understanding of the firm's products and strategies to effectively and confidently discuss with clients and prospects. • Production of marketing materials （presentations, ad hoc reports）; • Maintain and update the Client Relationship Management （CRM） database. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Strong academic background, with a bachelor’s degree as a minimum.• 5－10＋ years of relevant experience （client facing, financial markets）. • Native level in Japanese and fluency in English. • Knowledge and familiarity with the financial markets and investment funds, acquired through education and experience. 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Experience in asset management preferred.• Result－driven and entrepreneurial attitude. Able to multitask and perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. |
