The Finance Manager is responsible for covering Corporate Accounting, Corporate Tax, and Managerial Accounting areas, which are so broad that you would have the opportunities to enhance your finance knowledge and to advance your career. ・The role is mainly responsible to assist with the maintenance of accounting records of corporate entity in Japan, including the preparation of the journal entries, the supporting schedules, the financial statements, regulatory reporting and the variance analysis. ・The role is responsible for the efficient and effective completion of monthly, quarterly and year end deliverables in all specified areas as above. ・The role is expected a lot of interactions with various global teams to work on global projects in addition to the day to day processes. Corporate Accounting • Financial Recording ＆ Reporting Supporting － the month end closing for legal entity in Japan to ensure that the accounting transactions are completely and accurately recorded in accordance with the relevant GAAPs, the global finance policies and the procedures on a timely basis. • Financial Audit － Liaising with the financial auditor and providing them with the necessary data to prepare the JGAAP basis financial statements ensuring to meet the regulatory requirements • Internal Audit － Liaising with the global internal auditor and providing them with the requested information and confirming the internal control over each day to day activity to be complied. • Cash ManagementCash Management – Monitoring the cash balance in the operational account to ensure Monitoring the cash balance in the operational account to ensure that the cash balance is sufficient to cover the monthly operating expenses payments. • Accounts Payables － Support the outsource vendor for the payment processes to ensure the timely and the accurate payments Corporate Tax • Tax Accounting – Preparing the effective tax rate reporting including the computation of Corporate tax provisions and deferred tax assets and liabilities through JGAAP disclosure preparation on a semi annual basis • Tax Compliance － Complying with any direct and indirect tax obligations including tax payments, tax return preparation and other filing obligations • Tax Audit － Supporting Tax audit management, including the corporate, consumption and withholding taxes as well as the information reporting audit by internal/external auditors • Transfer Pricing – （a） Liaising with the tax consultant and the Global Tax team to ensure appropriate BEPS related documents are prepared and submitted on a timely basis and （b） Understanding the transfer pricing model implemented to the legal entity and the impact to the financial statements Financial Planning ＆ Analysis • Monthly Management Reporting • Forecasting the revenues and the expenses • Budgeting the revenues and the expenses • Run Rate Revenue Analysis by business, strategy, sales rep, etc. • Profitability Analysis by account, business, strategy, sales rep, etc. Others • Supporting the preparation for the various reports and analysis as above. • Taking initiative on various global projects are expected |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・10 years or more experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in the asset management industry・Proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and Word would be required, where proficiency in use of Microsoft PowerPoint would be advantageous ・Functional knowledge in accounting, taxation, auditing and statutory requirements within Japan would be required ・Good written and verbal business communication skills in English and Japanese would be required ・Bachelor’s degree ・A person who can quickly respond without losing attention to detail and is a team player with a good communication skill. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Work experience in major global accounting firms would be preferred・CPA equivalent would be preferred |
