仕事内容 The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and enhancing Japan’s client education capabilities, taking responsibility for our existing external client training programs, training of the existing client base, and our sales force.

• Advisor training & train the trainer program
- Assess existing FIT team’s advisor training programs and define a plan to complement and evolve the existing programs.
- Leverage advisor training tools and build investment and product-agnostic training programs.
- As a member of the external client education team, partner with other client education team to understand our global training contents, and identify opportunities to leverage and localize contents and experience for the Japan market.
- Independently and in partnership with Marketing, create local market-specific contents that fit the varying needs of the clients and distributors. This includes building training programs and contents for distributors and their advisors, IFAs and insurance agents based on direct input from the clients, sales teams and EA and NA teams.
- Work with the EA / NA external client education teams to assess the service delivery model required to implement an effective advisor training program – determining what can be conducted locally vs via the central function.
- Determine a train-the-trainer model for FIT team.
- Conduct advisor trainings (workshops) with or on behalf of FIT team when needed.
- Directly work with and engage with clients to help address their advisors’ needs through investment and product-agnostic trainings, and help improve their interactions with investors that align with our philosophy.
- Function as a program and content designer, and a moderator for large scale events e.g. IFA seminar.

• Institutional client training
- Work with IB team to build and coordinate client training programs for select clients and key prospects primarily financial institutions. This includes determining appropriate contents and presenters, and building and coordinating programs.
- Work with Relationship Managers, Client Relations, Investment Directors, and Marketing to identify opportunities for improving the training EA can offer to institutional clients.
- Define an ongoing feedback loop with clients to ensure their views are included in the continuous improvement in our training programs

• Strategic partnership and global collaboration
- Support the Head of Client Education Japan to plan strategies on how to drive Japan’s sales growth through leveraging our accumulated knowledge and expertise of existing intermediary sales support models abroad.
- Collaborate with CG’s internal stakeholders to establish a digital content delivery platform (digital classroom, webinar, video, and podcasts)
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

• 5 to 10 years of related work experience in the financial industry (especially the asset management industry).
• Must have native-level Japanese and business-level in English.
• A wealth of experience in coaching, training, and/or external presentations.

【歓迎(WANT)】

• Experience in promoting projects involving internal and external parties is preferable.
• Experience in planning client training, etc. are preferable.
• Client facing experience in the marketing or sales department, or at a Japanese sales company (securities company, etc.) is preferable.
• Creating digital content and building a platform experience is preferable.
