We expect experts who make the program’s quality higher and acceleration of program. Since our unit focuses on new science, so you can always discover something new. 【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】 （雇入れ直後） VU-DRPG内のプログラムにおいて以下の権限と責任をになって頂くことを期待いたします。 ①組織再生における薬理評価並びにメカニズム解析。上記試験の計画立案・実行・データ解釈。時には新し新しい評価系の構築。 ②DRにマッチするターゲット疾患妥当性の調査。 ③創薬プロジェクトの推進 ④国内外の外部CRO、アカデミア、臨床・基礎研究専門家、社内stakeholder・他部他部署研究者との意見交換の実施。 ⑤学会発表、論文投稿、特許出願。 We are looking for researchers： ①Familiar with background of pharmacological evaluation and mechanism analysis. Make a plan, implementation, interpretation of experiments, and establishment of experimental system. ②Investigation of suitable disease indication for DR. ③Promotion of drug discovery project ④Exchanging opinion with and make a presentation to external CRO, academia, clinical/basic science experts, internal stakeholder, and internal researchers across different department, with global communication. ⑤Make a presentation in science meeting, publishing papers, and filing patent. （変更の範囲） 会社内での全ての業務 【就業環境に関する要件 / Specific Physical or Environmental Requirements】 To work in the labs in Tsukuba Research Centre |

| 応募資格 |
【歓迎（WANT）】 ①Epigeneticなreprogrammingや再生バイオロジーに精通している、または興味のある方。②mRNAやlipid nano particleモダリティに精通している、または興味のある方。 ③ in vivo試験を苦にしない方・経験のある方。 ①Familiar with epigenetic reprogramming and/or regeneration as biology. ②Familiar with mRNA and/or lipid nano particle as modality ③Familiar with in vivo study. 【応募要件 / Qualifications】 ①Direct reprogramming, regeneration創薬に興味がある方。 ②薬理・生物学研究において、修士修了以上もしくは同等の知識及び技術を有すると認められる方.。 ③社内外ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション能力（含む英語活用能力）.。 ④主体的な研究実行力・提案力.。 ⑤未知なることを研究すること、新しい発見を楽しめる方.。 ⑥高い研究倫理観。 ①Interest in direct reprogramming and regeneration drug discovery. ②Master's degree or equivalent knowledge and skills in pharmacology or biology. ③High communication skill to internal/external stakeholder. ④Proactive ability and ownership in research implementation and proposal. ⑤Interest in research in unknown field and finding of something new. ⑥High research ethics |
