【募集ポジション】 このポジションは、ステークホルダーからのインプットに従ったアーキテクチャ設計を提供、文書化し、高いレベルの実装作業見積もりを提供することが主な業務となります。 【業務内容】 ・ヒューマンファクターサービスに関する高度な知識と、顧客やアカウントマネジメントチームとの頻繁な交流に基づき、ヒューマンファクターサービス販売に関する広範な戦略を理解する。 ・営業チームの営業機会において、エキスパートとしてプリセールスサポートを提供する。 ・関係構築において主要販売業者をサポートし、顧客バイヤーに技術的な信頼性を提供する。 ・プリセールスで顧客と直接関わり、ソリューション要件を収集し、実装のベストプラクティスを実演して伝える。 ・サービスのデモンストレーションを独自に行い、ヒューマンファクターサービスが顧客の環境で効果的に機能し、ROIを向上させることを説明する。 ・顧客の技術担当者と連携し、ソリューションの価値を詳細に伝える。 ・顧客や見込み客に提供するサービスの技術的なプレゼンテーションを行う。 ・担当領域の月次、四半期、年次売上目標の達成を支援する。 ・担当地域における企業目標および販売目標を達成するためのビジネスプランの実施を支援する。 ・営業と協力し、関連のパートナーシップを構築する。 ・必要なサポート資料や新サービスの開発について、事業開発チームにフィードバックを提供する。 ・当社の行動規範を読み、すべての物理的およびデジタルセキュリティ慣行に従う。 ・その他、指示された業務を遂行する。 Provide and document architectural designs following input from stakeholders and providing high level implementation work estimates. - Is aware of the broader strategy for human factor services sales, based on high level of human factor services knowledge and frequent interactions with customers and account management teams. - Provides pre-sales support as a subject matter expert to the sales team and for pre-qualified opportunities. - Supports primary sellers in relationship building, lending technical credibility with customer buyers. - Works hands-on with customers pre-sale to gather solution requirements and demonstrate and communicate implementation best practices. - Works independently on services demonstrations and provide reassurance that the human factor services will work effectively and deliver ROI in the customers environment. - Interfaces with technical customer personnel to communicate value of solution in detail. - Delivers technical presentations of offerings to customers and prospects. - Helping achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for territory. - Helping implement a business plan to meet or exceed corporate objectives and sales goals in assigned geography. - Working with sales to build relevant partnerships. - Provide feedback to business development teams on required support materials and new service development. - Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. - Performs other duties as directed. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・ヒューマンファクターエンジニアリングまたは関連分野の学士号または修士号をお持ちの方。・日本語および英語での効果的かつ簡潔なコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方。 ・MS Office(ワード、パワーポイント、エクセル、アウトルック)、CRMソフトウェアに精通している方。 ・6年以上の関連経験をお持ちの方。 ・ヒューマンファクターエンジニアリングとデザインアーキテクチャに関する深い知識と経験をお持ちの方。 ・ビジネスセンスがあり、営業プロセスの理解をお持ちの方。 ・頻繁な出張や外出が可能な方。 ・責任感とチームプレースキルをお持ちの方。 ・ヘルスケアまたはアドバイザリー関連業界の経験をお持ちの方尚可。 - Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in human factor engineering or related field. - Ability to communicate effectively and concisely in both Japanese and English - Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software. - 6+ years of related experience. - Deep knowledge and experience with human factor engineering and design architecture. - Business acumen and understanding of business sales processes. - Significant business travel and work outside of the office required. - A team play with accountability. - Background with healthcare or advisory related industry is a plus. |
