【JOB SUMMARY】

*As a bilingual Maximo Business Analyst, playing a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. In this position, you will work closely with the business, comprehensively understanding their requirements in both Japanese and English, and effectively conveying them to Maximo developers on the Global Universal team. Your expertise, coupled with Maximo experience, will be instrumental in optimizing Maximo, contributing to the efficiency and success of our park operations.*


【ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES】

*1\. Bilingual Business Requirements Analysis:*
    *\- Collaborate with stakeholders from various business units, conducting in-depth analysis of business processes in both Japanese and English to identify areas for improvement and optimization.*

*2\. Maximo Implementation and Enhancement:*
    *\- Translate bilingual business requirements into clear and comprehensive specifications for Maximo developers.*
    *\- Collaborate with the development team to ensure successful implementation of Maximo solutions, aligning with business goals.*

*3\. User Training and Support:*
    *\- Provide training and support to end-users in both languages on Maximo functionalities, ensuring a smooth adoption of the system.*
    *\- Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues to enhance the overall user experience.*

*4\. Documentation and Communication:*
    *\- Document business processes, requirements, and system configurations in both languages to maintain a comprehensive repository of information.*
    *\- Facilitate clear communication between business stakeholders and developers, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals.*

*5\. Continuous Improvement:*
    *\- Stay updated on Maximo best practices and industry trends, proposing and implementing continuous improvements.*
    *\- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for enhancing Maximo functionalities and overall system performance.*

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

● 3-5 Years Maximo experience
● Degree in a technical or analytical field
● English and Japanese language abilities

● Native level Japanese
● Business-level English

● A person who is a team player and who can quickly and politely cooperate with internal and external collaborators
● Those who can take a positive view of things and proactively contribute to the promotion of projects with ownership*
● Those who can involve people across the organization
