日本雇用でのインドネシア駐在のシニアポジションです。 仕事内容 Core business consulting services consists of both industry and solution service perspective that contributes to business transformation for our clients. They provide innovative and high quality consulting services to lead the clients’ business values using the technologies provided by the group companies and Strategic Partners. As a Senior manager of global team, you are expected to be a leader of Indonesia branch. You will be performing business consulting, developing new business deals and leading project delivery for Japanese and Indonesian companies. Location: Indonesia 現地駐在/Jakarta city （commuting to Karawang area depending on the project） 駐在期間：最低5年（家族も滞在可能） Job grade: Senior Managerを想定（その上も検討可能） Global Team: 70 employees Indonesia office: 15 as approximate People management: 5~6 給与体系：基本給及び賞与及び業績賞与 ＜以下はご入社された方の前例より＞ 駐在手当：49500JPY 家賃手当：＄2350 渡航仕度金：100万 |

【必須（MUST）】 Experience: Strategy ＆ BPR consulting experience, enterprise clients and manufacturing industry project experience are nice to haveLanguage: Japanese/Native, English/Business above ・Management experience in consulting firm. ・Lead experience in business development. ・Proactive people who can direct themselves to take on anything ・Team leaders who would be well－liked by members ・Good communicators who can maintain relationships with coworkers and clients ・People who are willing to take on new challenge ・People who are conscious of compliance and act accordingly 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Work experience in either retail/distribution or consumer industry.・ソリューションの構築ができる方、営業からデリバリーまでできる方 ・駐在員の採用：海外やりたい人、業務＆IT（ERP）、物流・IT領域のリードできる方 ・BPR＆ITコンサルタント、チームマネジメント経験、PMO品質管理からセールス、クライアントとの合意形成能力 インタビュープロセス: シニアパートナー→役員（2回から3回） |
