We are seeking an experienced, creative marketing employee to join our growing organization. In this position, you will work with cross functional leaders, our PR agency, and expect to leverage your network (ad agency and creative talents) to convert PR and marketing activities into increased revenue for our company. You will seek to increase build brand awareness through both traditional and new media campaigns. Responsibilities: Build brand awareness through various media outlets Develop yearly and mid-term PR/Marketing strategies to support product strategies and drive sales Partner with Licensors and brand owner to align on strategies and key brand activations Find the local creative talents and brand ambassadors/influencer to best communicate brand messages Amplify seasonal product message to target consumers Organizing promotional events (both B2B and D2C) and lead to execution Research competitors to stay current with similar products and services Collaborate with cross-functional executives to develop and manage PR/Marketing budget Measuring brand activations ROI Qualifications: Having a creative mind and spirit Being able to orchestrate and lead to execution Exceptional attention to detail Bi-lingual, Bi-cultural, English speaking and writing skill Self-motivated, goal oriented, and being able to work independently as well as collaborate with a team, internal and external customers Strong presentation skill-set (visually and verbally) Report line: Managing Director (CEO) |
