The role 下記エンタープライズカスタマーネットワークに導入されているシスコネットワーク機器の問題を解決するためのサポート業務をお任せします。 ・ルーター ・ネットワークスイッチ ・UCSサーバー ・コールマネージャー ・音声ゲートウェイ ・ファイアウォール ・VPN ・AAA ・ワイヤレスアクセスポイント 等 Responsibilities ★アソシエイトレベル ・カスタマーネットワークに導入されたネットワーク機器のサポート（ルーター、ネットワークスイッチ、ファイアウォール、VPN、AAA、ワイヤレスアクセスポイントなど） ・トラブルシューティング ・環境設定 ・デバイスのパフォーマンス確認のためのデバイス分析および評価 ・構成とトラブルシューティングのための手順のマニュアル作成 ・顧客サポート（文書および会話） ★中級レベル アソシエイトレベルの業務に加えて、下記をお任せします。 ・複雑なサービス活動、リモートサポート、最適化 ・経験の浅いエージェントへのエスカレーションリソース ★エキスパートレベル 中級レベルの業務に加えて、下記をお任せします。 ・技術分野の対象分野の専門家として、EndtoEndのデリバリーを確認し、相互運用性と設計 |

Location 茨城県 つくば 試用期間の3ヶ月間はトレーニング期間となり、つくばオフィスへ月曜日～金曜日まで5日間の出社が求められます。 試用期間以降は週2~3日リモート勤務が許可されます。 |
