<職務内容> ・Lead analytics partnership with Z Japan’s senior leadership, major business units and cross functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations and Medical ・Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize key business questions and align on how the analytics results will impact business decisions ・Identify the most appropriate methodology to answer business questions, leveraging multiple data sources ・Influence business to execute tactics in a way that enables the appropriate level of measurement, including experimental design when appropriate ・Analyze and derive insights by combining complex datasets such as sales, prescription/patient, promotion, internal activity and/or other secondary data to assess market opportunities, brand performance and drive strategic decisions ・Synthesize key findings and develop action－based recommendations for business partners and management ・Conduct data analysis, partnering with Data Scientists, Z Capability Center India （LCCI） and other counterparts within Z Japan, International Business Unit （IBU） and Global ・Work with external partners, data vendors and consultants to obtain relevant data and conduct analytics projects ・Develop processes to integrate analytics into marketing planning and implementation cycle ・Enable new capability building including those that incorporate AI/ML and innovative analytics techniques ・Drive the organization towards a culture of data driven decision making ・Work across functions to shape and continuously improve analytics capabilities at Z Japan |
