*Manager, Infrastructure Operations (IOps) and Parkwide Technical Infrastructure (PTI) ~Japanese Follows~* 【JOB SUMMARY】 Responsible for daily leadership of the our resources that design group company data centers and other critical environments according to Universal, BICSI, and Commscope standards. Manages and oversees the installation and maintenance of the data center and critical environments on and off campus, supervises project resources and evaluates new systems/processes/standards. Coordinates with various departments and performs integrations of critical systems to infrastructure and works closely with business partners and clients to develop strategies to ensure achievements of data center and critical environments capacity. This position will provide day-to-day support to the our operation and will report to group company Infrastructure Operations team located in Orlando, Florida. ### 【ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES】 · Responsible for daily supervision and leadership of the Infrastructure Operations design team assigned to projects related to Universals Data Centers and the Campus Distribution facilities insuring the highest standards to achieve uptime reliability of the core systems are met. · Provides capacity planning and placement of the UDX facilities including IDF’s, MDF’s, and onsite Data Centers. Acts as the technical lead and SME for infrastructure sub systems, and their reliability. Evaluates new technologies in order to maintain a high level of enterprise availability across the campus voice and data distribution plant. · Participates as SME in projects associated with the enhancement, upgrading or implementation of new or existing technology solutions. Quotes and implements cabling and technical facility solutions including: fiber optic and structured cabling solutions and coordinates with internal and third party teams responsible for the support of these systems · Continually assess resources need, required skillsets and department structure to insure team alignment with UDX growth demand, and requirements. Supervise resources and consult with Sr. Manager, Infra. Ops. On opportunities and challenges. · Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with our business partners. Represent the team to business partner management team and be the single point of contact for our business partners with concerns in regards to your assigned resources. Represent UDX Infrastructure Operations locally by collaborating with our internal stakeholders. · Be the second level of support by providing technical leadership and direction to contractors and team members as needed. · Perform other duties as assigned |

【必須（MUST）】 *EDUCATION* : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent work experience*EXPERIENCE* : ・Experience leading implementations of infrastructure in support of voice and date enterprise services ・Technical leadership experience in Infrastructure and/or Data Center Operations ・Experience planning and installing data centers and other critical environment racks, cable management, copper, and fiber optic cabling. 【歓迎（WANT）】 *LANGUAGE* :・Ability to use both Japanese and English in business is desirable ・Japanese_Advanced High and above_Professional working proficiency ・English_Advanced High and above_Professional working proficiency *DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS :* ・Knowledge of industry standards, and proven ability to develop strategic Infrastructure solutions to meet the needs of the enterprise users. ・Exceptional project management skills, strong analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail ・Proven leadership and ability to work independently as well as part of a larger infrastructure team. ・Experience supervising others in regards to time management, scheduling, task completion, and technical leadership. ・Experience in design Telecom and Structured cabling standards and systems ・Understanding of Compute and Networking devices, and deployments ・Working knowledge of MEP standards and operations. ・Experience installing equipment within electrical codes, grounding regulations, and calculating consumption calculations. ・Experience in designing cable management and fiber distribution standards and Systems. ・Strong analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail. ・Professional Business communication and interpersonal skills. ・Advanced MS Office skills, including PowerPoint, Visio, etc. |
