Responsibility: Support the clients on Veeva CRM and Veeva application --Work with end users to troubleshoot and resolve Veeva CRM issues--Configure Veeva CRM according to the client requirements--Hands on experience on Apex , Visualforce and Triggers --Optimize the application (Workflow/Configuration related optimization) --Responsible to develop custom Veeva components using Force.com customization and configuration as and when required--Excellent Troubleshooting, Analytical and Debugging skills in Force.com --Data Migration using Data Loader --Be responsible for post-production end-user support --Create Knowledge objects and user documentations --Understand Data and integration with different systems --Application status reporting to clients --Good understanding of support processes |
