運動療法クラウドサービスを提供するベンチャー企業です。
23年7月に、1.5億円の資金調達を終えました。
主要メンバーとして、開発組織の生産性向上に貢献し、製品開発をリード頂くポジションです。

【主な責任】
- AWSでのWebサービス構築、Go言語(置き換え中)およびRoR(現行のメイン)によるサーバサイド開発
- APIとデータベースの設計
- プロダクトの要件を理解し、技術的な仕様への落とし込み
- 汎用的なアーキテクチャの構築および高品質なプログラミング
- サービスの信頼性の向上
- プロダクトを強化するため専門的な知見
- ピアコードレビューの実施
- 可能な限りプロセス自動化(CI)

【現在のチーム構成】
プロダクトマネージャー1名、エンジニア3名、デザイナー1名で構成され、週次スプリントで協力して作業を進めています。
小さなバッチサイズでの迅速なデプロイ、バックログアイテムのリードタイム測定に重点を置き、チームの生産性の可視化と改善に注力しています。

Overview
Join a venture specializing in exercise therapy cloud services, which recently secured 150 million yen in funding. As a key member, you'll enhance the development organization's productivity and contribute to product development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and maintain core backend services primarily in Go, with an understanding of our deployment on AWS.
- Design API and database schemas
- Make technical decisions and specifications in collaboration with the product team
- Ensure high code quality and maintain a robust architecture
- Improve service reliability
- Provide professional insights to enhance the product
- Conduct peer code reviews
- Automate processes whenever feasible

Current Team Structure:
The team consists of 1 Product Manager, 3 Engineers, and 1 Designers, working together on weekly sprints.
Emphasizes rapid deployment with small batch sizes, measuring lead times for backlog items, and focusing on visualizing and improving team productivity.

Focus on proliferating the exercise therapy cloud service in the osteopathic and orthopedic fields, with plans to expand into other diseases proven to benefit from exercise therapy, such as cancer and osteoporosis.

正社員、無期、試用期間3ヶ月。

10:00～19:00、リモートワーク可。

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

- 最低3年のサーバサイド、チーム環境での開発経験がある方
- Go、Python、または類似のスクリプト言語での開発経験がある方
- PostgreSQL、Redis、または MySQL データベースに関する知識
- クリーンで高品質なコードを維持することへの根気強く取り組める方
- Git および Gitflow ワークフローに精通している方
- 自主性があり、学習意欲のある方
- 単体テストと統合テストなどの経験があり、様々なテスト観点でプロダクトの品質向上に取り組める方

- Minimum 3 years of backend development, Experience working in collaborative team environments.
- Hands-on experience with Go, Python, or similar languages
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis or MySQL databases
- Strong commitment to maintaining clean and high-quality code
- Familiar with Git and Gitflow workflow.
- Self-driven and motivated for self-learning
- Experience in writing unit and integration tests.

【歓迎（WANT）】

- Docker、Kubernetes、クリーン アーキテクチャ、マイクロサービスに関する知識がある方
- データ処理と ETL (抽出、変換、ロード) の経験もしくは知識がある方
- RESTful または GraphQL を使用した API サービスの開発経験がある方
- AWS または GCP (Google Cloud Platform) の開発経験がある方
- CI/CD (継続的インテグレーション/継続的デプロイメント)、TDD (テスト駆動開発)、イベント駆動アーキテクチャの経験がある方
- インフラストラクチャ プロビジョニングのための Terraform に関する知識がある方

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Clean architecture, and Microservices
- Working knowledge of data processing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
- Experience in building API services using RESTful or GraphQL
- Experience with AWS or GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment), TDD (Test-Driven Development), and Event-driven architecture
- Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
