You will oversee a team of multiple members in the QA Safety Management Department Customer Communication Team. You will be responsible for recruitment, training, assignment of duties, goal management, and attendance management of team members. Responsibilities Team Leadership: ● Oversee a team within the QA Safety Management Department Customer Communication Team. ● Manage recruitment, training, assignment of duties, goal management, and attendance of team members. Safety Assurance Measures: ● Implement safety assurance measures related to complaints and safety management information for the company's medical devices. ● Coordinate with internal stakeholders, industry associations, and government authorities to define responsibilities and solutions. Process Development and Maintenance: ● Develop, validate, and maintain processes, procedures, and management methods for collecting, reviewing, and implementing safety assurance measures. ● Review and analyze Nonconformance Event Process （NCEP）, Corrective and Preventive Actions （CAPA）, Change Notifications （CN）, etc. ● Implement corrective measures for problem resolution as needed. Cybersecurity and Customer Support: ● Gather information on cybersecurity and provide support for customer responses. ● Create investigation reports based on manufacturer's results and submit them to customers through sales representatives. International Collaboration: ● Share complaints and safety management information with overseas manufacturers. ● Send complaint products to overseas manufacturers and support product analysis. ● Provide complaints and safety management information to other manufacturing and sales distributors. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ● 3 years or more of experience in quality assurance or safety management in a medical device manufacturing company● Management experience ● Proficiency in English （business level, capable of conducting phone/video conferences） |
