[Essential Duties and Responsibilities] Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyses, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements [Job Description] Forecast, track, and analyze revenue and P/L as well as preparing monthly/quarterly business review package as a financial analyst. Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance. Communicate with Commercial/Service Leader for financial performance. Measure and find opportunities to improve financial performance. Support preparing annual operating plan, monthly and mid-term forecasts, and long-term strategic plan. Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives. Perform complex financial analysis to support management decision making process. Liaise with Global division/Commercial/Finance and APAC Commercial/Finance teams. Ad-hoc business performance reporting both locally and with the APJ team. [Position Summary] The position is to lead all FP&A activities for one of business divisions of Clinical Sequencing Division (CSD) in Japan with direct supervisor, FP&A assistant manager. 【必須（MUST）】 [Qualification]Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business related field Thorough understanding in financial accounting. Proficiency with data analysis, reporting and visualization tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Hyperion. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Keen attention to detail and ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment High learning agility and desire for continuous learning, Good communication and interpersonal skill with team and other stakeholders.
