J-Startup2023選定、フードテックグランプリ2022＠TECH　PLANTERでの企業賞受賞、 HONGO AI2022 Award受賞など、数々の実績を積み重ね、更なる飛躍を遂げるべく、ファブリケーションのエキスパートを募集しています。【Outline of Technology】技術概要 "Our core technology, the opto-haptic sensor, which integrates vision and tactile sensation, has the potential to transcend the human senses through the fusion of image processing and haptic technology. The new concept of sensor technology can be used in a wide range of applications from next-generation robot applications to solving social problems. コア技術である視覚と触覚を一体化させた「視触覚センサ」は、画像処理と触覚技術の融合により、人間の感覚を超えた可能性を秘めています。新しいコンセプトのセンサ技術により、次世代のロボット応用から社会問題の解決まで幅広く展開できます。
労働条件	【英語 Ver.】 ■Work Hours: Flextime system (at least 160 hours a month, with core hours) Break: 60 minutes ■Days Off: Two days off per week: Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, including year-end and New Year holidays. Paid leave: 10 days after six months of employment. ■Remote Work: Partial remote work is allowed. While any work style can be adopted if it delivers results against the required roles or KPIs, presence in the office is generally expected. However, roles with responsibilities that require handling physical robots need to be discussed. ■Work Locations: Development site: Koto-ku, Tokyo (near Toyosu Station) R&D site: Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto ■Salary: 8,000,000 to 16,000,000 JPY per year, including deemed overtime of 40 hours per month. ■Benefits: ・Transportation expenses paid in accordance with company policy. ・Health insurance, welfare pension, employment insurance, and workers' compensation insurance. ・Stock options available (currently preparing stock options; significant capital gains expected upon exit). ■Probation Period: Four months. 【日本語 Ver.】 ■就業時間：フレックスタイム制（所定労働時間8時間、月160時間以上勤務、コアタイム有）【休憩】60分・完全週休2日制　土曜　日曜　祝日　その他（年末年始休暇有）・有給休暇：入社半年経過時点10日 ■リモート勤務：一部リモート可求められる役割やKPIに対して成果が出せるのであれば、どのような働き方でも可能ですが、極力出社をお願いしております。ただし、ロボット（モノ）を触らないと進まない業務責任の有る方に関しては、要相談。 ■勤務地開発拠点：東京都江東区（東陽町駅徒歩圏内） R&D拠点：京都府京都市下京区 ■年収：800万円〜 1600万円 ※みなし残業40時間/月を含む・交通費：会社規定に基づき支給・健康保険・厚生年金・雇用保険・労災保険・ストックオプション有（現在ストックオプションを準備中。Exit時に大きなキャピタルゲインを期待。） ■試用期間：４ヶ月
応募資格	【必須（MUST）】・Experience in machining prototype parts ・Experience in mechanical design using 3D CAD ・Experience using digital fabrication tools such as 3D printers and laser cutters ・Extensive experience in silicon molding ・試作部品の加工業務に携わった経験・3D CADを用いた機械設計経験・3Dプリンタ、レーザーカッター等デジタルファブリケーションツールの使用経験・シリコン成形の豊富な経験【歓迎（WANT）】・Experience with Fusion360 ・Experience in selecting and implementing digital fabrication tools ・Fusion360の使用経験・デジタルファブリケーションツールの選定・導入経験
