仕事内容 |
• Identify and track fiscal trend that affect the industry and our business. Create realistic and coherent strategy for major fiscal issues facing the market. Strategy will include procedural assessments, advocacy strategy and tactics, stakeholder mapping, advocacy materials, and stakeholder messaging. • Engage with key stakeholders to achieve common ground and shape a more stable and predictable future for the business. In this regard, leverage the company’s responsible positions and responsive initiatives on tobacco and smoking control issues to build trust and credibility with key stakeholders. • Proactively communicate the company's views and positions in support of science-based tobacco control regulation focused on harm reduction, fiscal, and policy issues. • Foster and manage the constructive relationship with regulatory authorities to implement the company's business strategy such as obtain product/price approvals and clarify the interpretation of laws and regulations in a stable and efficient manner. • Keep the management of PMJ and PMI informed and updated on fiscal trends and issues in a timely manner. • Actively participate in regulatory meetings and seminars with regional regulatory and external affairs teams to ensure a common understanding about regulatory policy and strategy. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 • Preferable working experience in/around Japanese governments on inter-governmental negotiations• Understanding of legal framework and politics of Japanese governments • Excellent organizational, planning, analytical and implementation skills • Proven capability as a project leader, also from cross functional teams and projects • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Works effectively across global and Japan functions as a team player. • Fluency in Japanese / English • Strong business acumen with strategic and logical thinking, and highly effective analytic skills are required. 【歓迎(WANT)】 - |
