ngage in effective communication with manufacturing sites, particularly in situations involving global supply or capacity constraints. Actively contribute to monthly demand forecast meetings led by the demand fulfillment planner in the affiliate, providing valuable insights on the latest inventory levels and the overall supply situation. Take the lead in new product launches by representing KFA as a member of the Launch Coordination Group （LCG）. Collaborate with the launch office, marketing, quality, regulatory, and supply chain colleagues to ensure seamless execution of the launch plan according to established timelines and guidelines. Participate actively in global or cross－functional projects, including those related to global compliance signals, inventory optimization programs, warehouse expansion, etc. In instances where relevant, lead and contribute to global process group meetings, overseeing the alignment of overall KFA planning and logistics processes with global standards. Take ownership of managing Change Requests （CRs） and Deviations （DVs） within the planning and logistics area. Introduce digitalization and automation in the planning area by leveraging relevant tools such as robotic process automation and the Microsoft Power Platform. Lead mid－ or long－term planning for KFA production capacity, warehousing capacity （internal or external）, and manning capacity based on the long－term demand forecast to ensure that the site's capacity is well balanced against any future demand scenario. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Must hold at bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or other relevant fields.・Minimum of 5 years of hands－on experience working in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or operations environment. Experience in production plant and delivering process improvements or change management are strongly preferred. ・Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP is essential. ・Business－level in English （writing and speaking） and Japanese are required. |
